Abstract:
An apparatus is provided for filling an empty shaft tray with rod-shaped products. The shaft tray has shaft walls which form a plurality of shafts. The apparatus includes a filling hopper having a receiving region for a mass flow composed of the products, and a storage region for products comprising a front wall, a rear wall, side walls and a bottom wall. The storage region includes partitions that form a plurality of shafts adjacent to each other, wherein the partitions substantially extend over a full height of the storage region, and wherein the rear wall of the storage region includes openings for passage of the shaft walls of the shaft tray. A delivery element delivers the empty shaft tray into the receiving region of the filling hopper to be filled with the products. A removal element removes a filled shaft tray from the filling hopper.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to enhancement of the action of crop protection compositions comprising enaminocarbonyl compounds by the addition of ammonium salts and/or phosphonium salts or by the addition of ammonium or phosphonium salts and penetrants, to the corresponding compositions, to processes for their production and to their use in crop protection.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel substituted enaminocarbonyl compounds, to processes for their preparation and to their use for controlling animal pests, especially arthropods, in particular insects.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a compressed air motor comprising a housing and a rotor rotatably mounted therein, the rotor being provided with substantially radial slots and plate-like vanes being mounted in the slots so as to be radially displaceable by the centrifugal force, and variable, all-round air chambers being formed between the housing and the outside of the rotor. The vanes are surrounded on the outside by a rotatable sleeve which is provided with at least one passage for the compressed air.
Abstract:
The present invention focuses on a process for the hydrogenation of aromatic or heteroaromatic compounds and in particular on the ring hydrogenation of compounds having the formula (I). Aromatic amino acids and amino alcohols can be successfully ring-hydrogenated using a platinum-rhodium mixed catalyst. The products can be used inter alia as mimetics in bioactive peptide active ingredients.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air flap (10) for an air-ducting device, in particular a vehicle heating, ventilation and/or air-conditioning system, with at least two ducts (2, 4), which have a common outlet zone, comprising a region (12) which allows part of the outlet zone to be divided in a sealed manner in each position of the air flap (10), the region (12) being smaller than the area of the air flap.
Abstract:
A process is provided for the preparation of cyclohexene derivatives of general formula I or II: in which the substituents R1 and R2 independently of one another are defined as follows: R2 is OH or a protective group convertible to a hydroxyl group by hydrolysis, R3 and R4 are hydrogen or C1-C4-alkyl, and R5 is hydrogen or C1-C4-acyl, by the reduction or alkyne compounds of general formula III or IV: wherein the reducing agent used is at least one salt of hyposulfurous acid or hydroxymethanesulfinic acid or a mixture of at least one salt of hyposulfurous acid and at least one salt of hydroxymethanesulfinic acid.
Abstract:
A rangefinder apparatus with an optoelectronic arrangement for determining a height profile of an object. The apparatus has a transmitter that emits light rays, a deflection unit that deflects the transmitted light rays and guides them over the surface of an object to be measured, and a receiver that receives light rays reflected from the object. The deflection unit includes a transmitting optic arranged downstream of the transmitter and an actuator which moves the transmitting optic to periodically deflect the transmitted light. A receiving optic is arranged in front of the receiver at a distance from the transmitting optic so that the beam axis of the transmitting light rays penetrates the transmitting optic and the beam axis of the received light rays that penetrate the receiving optic extend at a distance to each other. An evaluation unit is provided which determines the height profile of the object from the range values calculated from the reflected light rays and associated deflection angles for the transmitted light rays.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel substituted (&agr;,&bgr;-fused butyrolactones, to processes for their preparation and to their use for the prevention and/or treatment of disorders caused by hyper- or hypofunction of the glutamatergic system, in particular of cerebral ischaemias, craniocerebral trauma, states of pain or CNS-mediated spasms.
