An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a method of fabricating the same are disclosed. The OLED display device includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixels disposed in a region in which the scan lines cross the data lines, where each pixel of the plurality of pixels includes: a switching transistor including a first gate electrode, a first semiconductor layer disposed over the first gate electrode, a first gate insulating layer interposed between the first gate electrode and the first semiconductor layer, a first source electrode and a first drain electrode, a driving transistor including a second semiconductor layer, a second gate electrode disposed over the second semiconductor layer, a second gate insulating layer interposed between the second gate electrode and the second semiconductor layer, a second source electrode and a second drain electrode, and an organic light emitting diode electrically connected with the second source and second drain electrodes of the driving transistor, where the first and second semiconductor layers are formed of the same material, and from the same processing.

In a multilayered photodiode and a method of manufacturing the same, the multilayered photodiode comprises: a transparent substrate; a gate insulating film formed on the transparent substrate; a first metal layer formed on the gate insulating film; a semiconductor layer formed on the first metal layer so as to be in contact with the first metal layer; and a second metal layer formed on the semiconductor layer so as to be in contact with the semiconductor layer. The photodiode is vertically multilayered, and has a metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structure in which a P-N region is replaced by a metal, and in which a light-receiving region does not block incident light.

A laser irradiation apparatus for irradiating a laser beam to a semiconductor layer including a plurality of pixel areas, the apparatus includes a laser generator generating the laser beam, and an optical switching unit time-dividing the laser beam generated from the laser generator and transmitting a plurality of time-divided laser beams to a plurality of optical systems. The apparatus includes a first optical system of the plurality of optical systems that receives a first time-divided laser beam and irradiates a first laser slit beam along a first irradiation direction, and a second optical system of the plurality of optical systems that receives a second time-divided laser beam and irradiates a second laser slit beam along a second irradiation direction that is parallel with the first irradiation direction. The first laser slit beam and the second laser slit beam crystallize partial areas at a same location in the respective pixel areas.

The described technology relates generally to a thin film transistor comprising a gate electrode, a semiconductor layer and source/drain electrode, wherein the source/drain electrode is disposed in a range of a region in which the semiconductor layer is formed. Therefore, the present embodiments can provide a thin film transistor in which reliability is excellent because a change amount of threshold voltage is small.

Provided is a fiber ring laser capable of obtaining a back-up laser light and standard light having a wavelength continuously tuned in a single mode with equal spacing of 12.5 GHz, 25 GHz, 50 GHz or 100 GHz recommended by ITU-T Recommendation G. 692 & G. 694.1 in a C-band and an L-band using a fiber tunable etalon filter, an air gap etalon filter and a saturable absorber in an optical fiber laser resonator having a serial ring shape using a C-band optical amplifier and an L-band optical amplifier. The fiber ring laser can generate laser light having a wavelength tuned by more than 70 nm, excellent output power flatness and a source spontaneous emission ratio of more than 70 dB in 361 channels with equal spacing of 25 GHz by applying a bias voltage to a voltage-operated piezoelectric element of a tunable etalon filter. A single longitudinal mode operation of the fiber ring laser can be obtained by using a saturable absorber serving as a narrow-bandwidth filter.

Provided is a system for preventing driver's dazzling caused by illumination lights of headlights of other vehicles at night. The system includes: a windshield polarization plate installed on a windshield of a vehicle, and transmitting a light polarized in a direction determined by an electric signal; a polarization information storing unit storing driveway information on a map, and storing polarization information including the polarization direction of the windshield polarization plate that is set in advance to prevent driver's dazzling according to a location of the driveway and a driving direction; a GPS unit sensing a location of the vehicle on the driveway and the driving direction of the vehicle, and acquiring the polarization information from the polarization information storing unit according to the sensed location and the driving direction; and a polarization controller controlling the polarization direction of the windshield polarization plate according to the polarization information transmitted from the GPS unit.
