Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for a user equipment (UE) device that includes one or more processors configured to determine, based on a DL signal in an LTE-TDD radio frame, that an eNB has assessed, based on a Cat-2 listen before talk (LBT) procedure, that a radio frame is valid; and in response to determining that the radio frame is valid, transmitting a UL burst within a predetermined period of time after a DL burst in the radio frame.

Abstract: Systems and methods for sidelink (SL) resource pool resource use by a user equipment (UE) are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, when the UE performs contiguous partial sensing in addition to periodic partial sensing, the UE performs one of resource selection and resource re-evaluation based a size of a time gap between a slot where the UE has SL data and a first slot of periodic-based candidate slots within a resource selection window. In other embodiments, the UE performs contiguous partial sensing without additional periodic partial sensing in the case where a packet delay budget (PDB) for the SL data is greater than a threshold. In some embodiments, the UE performs periodic partial sensing for resource re-evaluation and/or resource pre-emption according to a set of periodicity values Preserve,re-ev (and optionally period definition data Kre-ev). Restrictions on the use of random resource selection by the UE are also described.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE), baseband processor or other network device (e.g., base station, next generation NodeB, etc.) can operate to process or generate an acknowledgement (ACK) or a non-acknowledgement (NACK) of a beam report to indicate an autonomous transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state update, which can be a TCI update without a corresponding TCI indication/trigger.
