    摘要: A cooling apparatus for articles operated at low temperatures comprises a refrigerating machine and a cold head provided in the refrigerating machine. A first Peltier element is thermally contacted and fixed with the cold head, and a second Peltier element is thermally contacted and fixed with the cold head. A first article can be arranged with the first Peltier element with being thermally contacted therewith, and a second article can be arranged with the second Peltier element with being thermally contacted therewith. The cold head is cooled to low temperatures by the refrigerating machine, and temperatures of the first article and the second article each is further controlled by the first Peltier element and the second Peltier element, respectively, to thereby cool the articles to different temperatures.

    摘要: A cooling apparatus for articles operated at low temperatures comprises a refrigerating machine and a cold head provided in the refrigerating machine. A first Peltier element is thermally contacted and fixed with the cold head, and a second Peltier element is thermally contacted and fixed with the cold head. A first article can be arranged with the first Peltier element with being thermally contacted therewith, and a second article can be arranged with the second Peltier element with being thermally contacted therewith. The cold head is cooled to low temperatures by the refrigerating machine, and temperatures of the first article and the second article each is further controlled by the first Peltier element and the second Peltier element, respectively, to thereby cool the articles to different temperatures.

    摘要: The present invention relates to superconductive filter technology. According to the arrangement of the superconductive filter (1), a columnar resonating member (23) having a superconductive material formed on the surface thereof is attached at one of its ends thereof to an inner wall (22) of a filter housing (21) so that a space is interposed between the columnar resonating member and each of connectors (27a, 27b) which are connectable to a signal input/output cables (5a, 5b), respectively. According to this arrangement, heat conduction from the outside can be suppressed as far as possible, and the superconductive condition can be created with stability, with the result that a stable filtering characteristic can be created. Further, the superconductive filter according to the present invention will become excellent in power withstand performance, and hence even if the number of stages of filters is increased for attaining a steep cutoff characteristic, the loss deriving from the increased number of stages can be suppressed to the minimum level.

    摘要: A monitoring system for high-frequency circuits which minimizes the insertion loss of additional monitoring circuits while requiring only a small space. An input coupler is placed at the input of a high-frequency circuit whose frequency response is to be monitored. The input coupler has a space where a given high-frequency probing signal can propagate, and it combines this propagating signal with a given electrical input signal. The combined signal is processed by the high-frequency circuit, and the resulting signal is supplied to an output coupler. The output coupler has a space for propagation of a high-frequency probing signal component contained in the received combined signal. The output coupler extracts this propagating signal component for the purpose of monitoring.
