摘要: The second compression ring is formed such that the outer peripheral surface shape has a tapered face, and the radial cross-sectional shape is a rectangular ring, a scraper ring, or a Napier ring, and has a piston ring base and a hard film provided at least on an outer peripheral sliding surface thereof. The piston ring base is composed of a low-alloy steel or carbon steel having a Vickers hardness of Hv 350 Hv 550. The outer peripheral sliding surface is formed so that the axial length is from 0.01 to 0.30 mm between the outer edge end part of the tapered outer peripheral sliding surface and an imaginary line contacting with a lower end surface where a curved surface having a diameter that decreases gradually inward from the outer edge end part toward the lower end in the axial direction is parallel to a ring underside.

摘要: A thermally responsive switch includes an airtight container including a metal housing and a header plate, conductive terminal pins airtightly fixed to the header plate, a fixed contact fixed to the conductive terminal pin, a thermally responsive plate one end of which is conductively connected to and fixed to the inner surface of the airtight container and the bending direction of which is reversed at a predetermined temperature, and a movable contact fixed to the other end of the thermally responsive plate. In the thermally responsive switch, the movable contact and the fixed contact are composed of a silver tin oxide based contact and gas containing 50% or more and 95% or less of helium is encapsulated in the airtight container in such a manner that gas pressure is equal to or more than 0.3 atmospheres and equal to or less than 0.8 atmospheres at ordinary temperature.

摘要: The present invention provides a manufacturing method for manufacturing an outer tube of an injector having a barrel portion having an excellent circularity, while preventing generation of distortion or warp. A molten resin is injected into a cavity 17 of a metal mold 11 including: a fixed mold 13 having a hole portion 12 having a shape along the outer shape of the injector outer tube 1; a movable mold 14 closing the hole portion 12; and a core 15 inserted into the hole portion 12. A cylindrical vacant portion is provided communicating with a flange forming portion 20 of the hole portion 12. The molten resin R is injected from a sprue 22 and a runner 23 via a submarine gate 24 into the cylindrical vacant portion 21 and the molten resin R is introduced into the cavity 17. The cylindrical vacant portion 21 has a push pin 25. When the molten resin has become half-molten state, the resin in the cylindrical vacant portion is introduced with pressure into the cavity 17 by the push pin 25. When the amount of the molten resin R in the cavity 17 is insufficient, a wait position of the push pin is moved in a direction apart from the connection portion of the submarine gate 24, so as to inject the molten resin R and supplement the insufficient resin in the cavity 17.

摘要: There is provided an injector having a gasket held in excellent intimate contact with an inner wall surface of a barrel and shortened in overall length. A gasket is joined to a mount base disposed on a tip end of a plunger and having a bendable portion which bends toward an axis of the plunger radially outwardly of the mount base. The gasket is joined to the mount base with a gap left for allowing the bendable portion to bend toward the tip end of the plunger when the gasket slides toward an injection needle. The gasket is made of a synthetic resin having an A-scale Shore hardness in the range from 20 to 70. The gasket has a groove define therein radially outwardly of the mount base, and the bendable portion comprises a portion of the gasket disposed radially outwardly of the groove.
