摘要： Systems and associated methods for editing telecom web applications through a voice interface are described. Systems and methods provide for editing telecom web applications over a connection, as for example accessed via a standard phone, using speech and/or DTMF inputs. The voice based editing includes exposing an editing interface to a user for a telecom web application that is editable, dynamically generating a voice-based interface for a given user for accomplishing editing tasks, and modifying the telecom web application to reflect the editing commands entered by the user.

摘要： This disclosure is directed toward techniques for classifying a tachycardia as supraventricular tachycardia or ventricular tachycardia. A method comprises detecting a tachycardia based on at least one value of a cardiac interval, delivering vagal stimulation in response to the detection of the tachycardia, sensing a physiological parameter other than the cardiac interval during or subsequent to delivering the vagal stimulation, and classifying the tachycardia as supraventricular or ventricular based on the sensed physiological parameter. In some examples, the method includes sensing a response of a physiological parameter other than cardiac rate to the vagal stimulation, such as pressure or a morphological characteristic of the cardiac electrical waveform. The method may include providing an indication to a user based on the classification of supraventricular tachycardia, or delivery of appropriate electrical therapy based on the classification of ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation.

摘要： Methods and apparatuses for estimating a user's altitude with respect to the mean sea level are provided. According to some aspects, the present invention is able to estimate altitude in both open sky as well as in degraded GPS signal environments such as dense urban canyon environments where GPS performance is affected by fewer available satellites and/or multipath error. According to other aspects, the present invention uses data from a pressure sensor to estimate altitude, either with or without the use of GPS aiding data. According to further aspects, estimated altitude is integrated with other types of dead reckoning data to provide user context detection pertaining to changes of altitude.

摘要： Functionalized Single Wall Carbon Nanotube (SWCNT) complexed with nanochitosan for use in the delivery of bioaffecting substances and diagnostic applications. fSWCNT complexed with the chitosan NG042 were used for delivery of DNA-encoding EGFP reporter protein and peptide. The results demonstrate that shown CNT-chitosan hybrid nanoparticles exhibit significantly higher transfection efficiency in vivo than chitosan alone. Furthermore, the functionalized nanotubes were tested for peptide transfer into HEK293 cells. The results showed that the hybrid nanoparticles efficiently transferred peptides. Together, these results show that hybrid SWCNT-chitosan particles increase DNA and peptide transfer into cells.
