摘要： Systems and methods for determining adjustable wafer acceptance criteria based on chip characteristics. The method includes measuring a density of at least one chip. The method further includes computing a difference in density between the density of the at least one chip and a density of at least one kerf structure. The method further includes calculating an offset value to modify a Wafer Acceptance Criteria (WAC) to match the density difference between the at least one chip and the at least one kerf structure. The method further includes applying the offset value to the WAC for a wafer level measurement in order to increase chip yield performance.

However, such preview windows are not representative of how the command will impact the entire document. The invention provides a method and system of efficiently and effectively previewing the impact of User commands on the entire document by executing User commands as they are identified. Leaving the menu open, the User is able to identify successive commands until the desired result is reached. Embodiments are described for execution of general commands, text editing commands, relocations of margins or guidelines, and relocations of graphic objects.

摘要： An absorbent structure can include a matrix of fibers, wherein the matrix is reinforced with a reinforcing member, such as scrim. Preferably, the scrim is secured to the fibrous matrix by entanglement of fibers with the scrim and entanglement of fibers in the matrix from opposite sides of the scrim with each other. The scrim layer can be restricted to a longitudinally extending, medial region of the absorbent. In a particular arrangement, the scrim has a cross-directional width dimension which is less than a narrowest width dimension of the fibrous matrix. The scrim can be located between two, opposed, major surfaces of the fibrous matrix.

摘要： An apparatus for assembling a disc storage system includes a base having a number of subassemblies. A disc pack subassembly is mounted on the base and is configured to support a disc pack and an actuator subassembly is mounted on the base and is configured to support an actuator assembly. A drive mechanism merges the disc pack subassembly together with the actuator subassembly whereby transducer heads in the actuator subassembly are positioned on disc surfaces of the disc pack. At least one of the subassemblies is releasably mounted to the base and the subassembly can be replaced for assembly differing disc storage systems or upon failure of the subassembly.

摘要： A high performance PNP lateral bipolar transistor is described, incorporating at least two trenches extending from the upper P.sup.- surface of a semiconductor substrate almost to a buried N.sup.+ layer. The floor of one trench is heavily N-doped to establish a connection between the buried N.sup.+ layer and an N.sup.- diffusion in the walls of the trench. 摘要： A method of making apertured films including the step of perforating films of thermoplastic materials with embossing rolls engraved with patterns which form small slits or incipient slits in the sheet. The patterns are such that the design on the roll includes lands, or raised areas, which cross lands of the opposing roll at an acute angle. The perforated or partially perforated film formed may then be further processed by orientation, uniaxial or biaxial, simultaneous or sequential; by heat treatment; or both to modify the porosity, hole size, or other properties as desired.
