摘要: A method of handling a message in a messaging system is provided. The messaging system comprises a message source, a message receiver and a message service. The message service is intermediate of the message source and message receiver, wherein a compensation component is established at the message source, The method comprises the steps of, transmitting a one way message, as part of a business transaction, from the message source, the transaction comprising a plurality of one way messages, receiving the message at the message service, transmitting the message from the messaging service, receiving the message at the message receiver, processing the message at the message receiver, transmitting a communication from the message receiver, the communication indicating success or failure of the processing of the message, receiving the communication at the messaging service, and responsive to receiving an indication of a failure of part of the transaction when the communication indicated that processing of the one way message succeeded, causing compensation logic defined by the compensation component to execute.

摘要: A reader device for locating and tracking multiple tags includes a plurality of closely packed antenna circuits and at least one controller configured to control the plurality of closely packed antenna circuits. The at least one controller is configured to activate one or more of the antenna circuits to generate at least one resonance signal field configured to interrogate at least one tag associated with the one or more active antenna circuits while substantially preventing or reducing cross-coupling of signals between the one or more active antenna circuits and at least one antenna circuit within the at least one resonance signal field to a sufficiently low level, wherein the sufficiently low level substantially prevents misreads from unwanted tags, to thereby track the multiple tags in a substantially controlled manner.

摘要: The present invention provides a method, apparatus, computer program product, and service which enables a transaction manager in a first system to co-ordinate database updates made in a second system database without requiring communication with the second system during transaction completion processing (commit or rollback) or any requirement for transaction logging or involvement in transaction recovery in the second system. This is achieved by carrying out the database updates in the second system in an XA transaction branch that is started are co-ordinated in the first system. Further this is done transparently to the application in the second server which makes the updates and enables the application in the first and second server to share locks such that both can access the same database.

摘要: An acrylic polymeric composition comprising a melt blend of a thermoplastic high molecular weight acrylic material (HMWA) and a thermoplastic low molecular weight acrylic material (LMWA) is described. At least 70% w/w of the HMWA and the LMWA comprises an alkyl (alk)acrylate (co)polymer. The HMWA has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of between 40 k Daltons and 1000 k Daltons and the LMWA has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of between the entanglement molecular weight (Me) (expressed in k Daltons) and 250 k Daltons.A method of producing an acrylic polymeric composition and the use of an acrylic polymeric composition are described together with thick section moulded products.

摘要: A method, apparatus, system, and signal-bearing medium that, in an embodiment, receive an allocation request for a resource and registers the resource as a non-voting participant if the resource desires to delegate commit voting to another resource. The registered resource is then prohibited from participating in an enclosing transactional context and instead is informed when the transaction completes. The resource is enlisted as a voting participant if the resource does not desire to delegate commit voting. In this way, when multiple resources are used in a transaction, a resource may be registered and receive notifications of transaction completion instead of being enlisted and voting on commit decisions. The result of a transaction in which a single resource takes responsibility for a number of other resources is that transaction completion avoids the two-phase commit protocol and the resulting performance degradation.

The system operates as a polar amplifier in the polar mode, and as a linear amplifier in the linear mode. A mode selector controls whether polar components of the input signal are sent to a power amplifier or whether a composite signal is amplified.

The system includes a portable storage device configured to communicate with the computing device. The portable storage device includes a PSD display, a PSD processor configured to control the PSD display, and a PSD memory. The system also includes an input mechanism configured to enable selection of information displayed on at least a portion of the display and to activate an information capture application. In addition, the information capture application is configured to assign a visual cue to the selected information. The information capture application is further configured to store the selected information and the assigned visual cue in the PSD memory in response to activation of the input mechanism.
