    摘要: An integrated BiCMOS semiconductor circuit has active moat areas in silicon. The active moat areas include electrically active components of the semiconductor circuit, which comprise active window structures for base and/or emitter windows. The integrated BiCMOS semiconductor circuit has zones where silicon is left to form dummy moat areas which do not include electrically active components, and has isolation trenches to separate the active moat areas from each other and from the dummy moat areas. The dummy moat areas comprise dummy window structures having geometrical dimensions and shapes similar to those of the active window structures for the base and/or emitter windows.

    摘要: Techniques are provided to manage the integrity of data stored in two or more data management systems by detecting inconsistencies between the data management systems. The techniques identify missing records in one or more data management systems by comparing the records in the data management systems. For records that exist in two or more data management systems, the techniques identify records that are not identical in the data management systems. A user checkpoint is provided between the identification of missing records and the identification of records that are not identical. The detected inconsistencies also may be corrected.

    摘要: In a multifunctional printing method and printing system, printed material is checked, verified and tracked. For that purpose different test equipments are located in-line with a printing line. Magnetic information being printed by a printing station onto the recording carrier using magnetic ink character readable toner may be in-line tested by a magnetic test equipment, which reads information from the magnetic recording zone on the carrier. Optical information may be tested by an in-line mounted optical test equipment, respectively. Further in-line test equipment is proposed such as a laser bar code scanner and an address reader. The printing line may have additional devices such as print preprocessing unwinders or print postprocessing stackers, folders or cutters.
