    Abstract: A user access method and user equipment (UE). A second device communicates with a first device at a predetermined moment in order to access the first device, where the predetermined moment is determined according to a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle of the first device. In this process, the predetermined moment is determined according to the DRX cycle of the first device, and the second device communicates with the first device at the predetermined moment in order to access the first device such that the second device accesses the first device.

    Abstract: An interference indication method and apparatus detect interference from a neighboring cell.     Abstract: A data transmission method and a device where during downlink data transmission, a network side device generates second information based on first information and a second identifier and sends the second information to a second device, and in the sending process, the second information passes through a first device. In the process, the second information is generated by the network side device based on the first information and the second identifier of the second device. Therefore, when the second information reaches the first device, the first device can identify the second device as a destination of the second information. Network quality of service different from that of the first device is provided to the second device by distinguishing data of the first device and data of the second device.

    Abstract: An interference indication method and apparatus are presented. After detecting interference from a neighboring cell, a base station sends interference indication information to the neighboring cell, where the interference indication information includes at least indication information of a frequency resource that receives the interference from the neighboring cell and that is configured to be in a flexible half-duplex mode, so as to indicate that the interference from the neighboring cell is interference on the frequency resource configured to be in the flexible half-duplex mode. In this way, in an application scenario of a flexible half-duplex technology, a base station can learn of a status of interference from a neighboring cell, so as to use a corresponding interference suppression mechanism.

    Abstract: A method for processing an uplink reference signal includes determining a current baseband processing payload, and processing each of N received uplink reference signals according to a preset first condition in response to the baseband processing payload being less than a first preset value or processing each uplink reference signal in a signal set according to a preset second condition in response to the baseband processing payload being greater than a second preset value. The second preset value is greater than or equal to the first preset value. The signal set includes one or more of the N uplink reference signals. A baseband processing payload corresponding to processing an uplink reference signal according to the preset second condition is less than a baseband processing payload corresponding to processing an uplink reference signal according to the preset first condition. N is a positive integer.
