    Abstract: A gate-controlled diode includes a substrate, a gate stacked on the substrate, a gate insulation layer, a first two-dimensional semiconductor layer, a second two-dimensional semiconductor layer, a source, and a drain disposed separately from the source. The gate is embedded in a surface of the substrate, and the gate insulation layer covers the surface of the substrate in which the gate is disposed. The first two-dimensional semiconductor layer is stacked on the gate insulation layer, a portion of the second two-dimensional semiconductor layer is stacked on the gate insulation layer, another portion is stacked on the first two-dimensional semiconductor layer. The another portion of the second two-dimensional semiconductor layer stacked on the first two-dimensional semiconductor layer forms a heterojunction. An orthographic projection of the heterojunction onto the substrate is in an orthographic projection of the gate onto the substrate.

    Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a method for controlling a client to go online, a network device, and a client, and relates to the communications field. The technology provides a method for supporting a network side in controlling a client to retransmit an online request packet. A network device determines a sending interval of an online request packet for a client, and transmits the sending interval to the client by using an advertisement packet, so that the client retransmits the online request packet based on the interval specified by the network side. In this technical solution, the network side changes from passively responding to an online request sending behavior of the client to actively controlling the online request sending behavior of the client.

    Abstract: A method to correct a haptic output, the method including sending, at a device, a reference tactile signal to a haptic actuator and recording, using a sensor associated with the haptic actuator, an output signal from the haptic actuator. This output signal could be provided, along with the reference tactile signal to an engine at the device, which could be used to determine regions of perceptual distortion from the output signal and the reference tactile signal. Specifically, a perceptual similarity measure could be determined which could be used to generate an adapted signal to reduce and equalize the perceptual distortion, where the adapted signal could be provided to the haptic actuator to control adaptation or equalization of distortions.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for determining an identity identifier of a face in a face image, and a terminal. The method includes: obtaining an original feature vector of a face image; selecting k candidate vectors from a face image database; selecting a matching vector of the original feature vector from the k candidate vectors; and determining, an identity identifier that is of the matching vector. In embodiments of the present invention, a face image database stores a medium-level feature vector formed by means of mutual interaction between a low-level face feature vector and autocorrelation and cross-correlation submatrices in a joint Bayesian probability matrix. The medium-level feature vector includes information about mutual interaction between the face feature vector and the autocorrelation and cross-correlation submatrices in the joint Bayesian probability matrix, so that efficiency and accuracy of facial recognition can be improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for keeping a session table alive in a Network Address Translation, NAT, apparatus, including: creating a hello session table by an Access Border Gateway Function, A_BGF, apparatus; creating a hello message by the A_BGF apparatus according to the hello session table; sending the hello message by the A_BGF apparatus to the NAT apparatus; receiving the hello message by the NAT apparatus; and updating a session table corresponding to the hello message by the NAT apparatus. Embodiments of the disclosure also provide a system and apparatus for keeping a session table alive in an NAT apparatus. Application of the embodiments of the disclosure keeps the session table alive in the NAT apparatus of an IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS, ensures an unblocked registration path, and prevents the user conversation being interrupted due to an aged session table of the NAT apparatus.
