    Abstract: This application provides a communication method. The method includes: When a radio link failure RLF occurs on a first communication device connected to a first donor network device, the first communication device performs an RLF recovery process, and connects to a second donor network device. The first communication device determines that the first donor network device and the second donor network device are different network devices. The first communication device sends first information to a second communication device, where the first information indicates the second communication device to send a radio resource control RRC re-establishment request message, or indicates the second communication device to obtain system information sent by the first communication device.

    Abstract: A communications method and a communications apparatus. For a radio bearer that carries a multicast service, a downlink user plane tunnel is established between a first access network node and a second access network node. A data packet of the multicast service is transmitted through the downlink user plane tunnel to enable the multicast service to be transmitted in a CU-DU architecture. A unicast tunnel is also established to transmit a data packet of the multicast service that is sent in a unicast mode. In this way, the first access network node is able to transmit the data packet of the multicast service to the second access network node on the unicast tunnel in the unicast mode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and apparatus for controlling wireless backhaul link. In one example method, a first device determines to manage a first radio link control (RLC) bearer on a wireless backhaul link between a first backhaul node and a second device, where the second device is a parent node of the first backhaul node, the first device is a centralized unit (CU) of a donor base station, and the second device is a distributed unit (DU) of the donor base station; the second device is a second backhaul node, and the first device is a donor base station; or the first device is a CU of a donor base station, and the second device is a second backhaul node. The first device sends a backhaul type indicator and management information of the first RLC bearer to the first backhaul node.

An example method includes: obtaining, by a first network device, first configuration information, where the first configuration information includes a first identifier and a first transmission mode corresponding to the first identifier, and the first transmission mode corresponding to the first identifier is a mode in which transmission is performed by using an access network; receiving, by the first network device, first service data and a second identifier that are sent by a terminal; determining, by the first network device based on the first identifier and the second identifier, that a transmission mode of the first service data is the first transmission mode; and transmitting, by the first network device, the first service data based on the first transmission mode.
