    摘要: Provided is a white organic electroluminescent (EL) device including multiple polymer light emitting layers. a white organic electroluminescent device includes a first polymer light-emitting layer and a second polymer light-emitting layer, both of which are formed between a first electrode and a second electrode. A highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of the first polymer light-emitting layer is in the range 5.0 eV through 5.4 eV, and a HOMO energy level of the second polymer light-emitting layer is higher than the HOMO energy level of the first polymer light-emitting layer. Colors emitted from both of the first and second polymer light-emitting layers are combined to produce a white color.

    摘要: Disclosed is a buffer-based adaptive media playout method in a receiver side of a network media streaming system. The method includes: calculating a playout interval for playing out a current j-th frame (where j is a natural number) of a received media stream; and playing out the current j-th frame after the calculated playout interval has elapsed from the reception of the current j-th frame. The calculation of the playout interval for playing out the current j-th frame of the received media stream includes: calculating a buffer level of a (j+w)-th frame (where w is a natural number); estimating a playout pause or a playout skip on the basis of the calculated buffer level; and calculating the playout interval for playing out the current j-th frame for the predicted one of the playout pause and the playout skip. According to the above-mentioned structure, it is possible to reduce the amount of temporal distortion, such as the RMSE value of playout discontinuity due to delay or jitter, as compared to the buffer-threshold-based media playout techniques according to the related art.

    摘要: A backlight assembly includes a plurality of lamps, a receiving container and a conductive member. Each of the lamps includes a lamp body, a first electrode part disposed at a first end portion of the lamp body and a second electrode part disposed at a second end portion of the lamp body, the second end portion being opposite to the first end portion. The receiving container includes a bottom plate on which the lamps are disposed and a sidewall disposed at edge portions of the bottom plate to define a receiving space. The receiving container has a plurality of grounding portions formed on the bottom plate or the sidewalls. The conductive member electrically connects the second electrode part to one of the grounding portions.
