    摘要: The present invention is a method for manufacturing a semiconductor apparatus including a chip which is fabricated in large numbers on a wafer and has a plurality of information blocks. In the method, a unique information bit is written in a chip discrimination block of each chip 10 within a shot, which is a segmented region of the wafer, by a fixed pattern method. In addition, an information bit uniquely given to each shot within the wafer is written by a mask shift method. Further, an information bit uniquely given to each wafer is written in a wafer discrimination block of the chip 10 which is fabricated on the wafer by the mask shift method and mask combination method.

    摘要: An antenna apparatus which ensures a wide reading area on a reader antenna and a reading operability of information recorded in a small-sized radio frequency IC tag is provided. The apparatus includes an auxiliary antenna of λ/2 long disposed near to a radiating antenna of λ/2 long and including plural conductive elements in an array. When the IC tag approaches the auxiliary antenna, a subsidiary tuning circuit is formed between it and an inlet antenna of IC tag, so making tuning complementary to each other. The inlet antenna having an antenna length shorter than the tuning frequency can receive energy from the auxiliary antenna efficiently and is excited integrally with the auxiliary antenna to thereby spread a reading area by apparatus and increase the communication distance.

    摘要: An RFIC tag includes an IC chip and a thin metal plate. The IC chip is mounted approximately in the center of a slit part on the thin metal plate. The thin metal plate has connecting parts at both longitudinal-direction ends fixed on a metal member by soldering, and the undersurface of the slit part, which has an L-shaped slit thereon, is lifted a predetermined height from the surface of the metal member. The total length (L2+L1+L2) is ¼ or shorter than the communication wavelength λ.

    摘要: A radio frequency IC tag and a manufacturing method for the same includes an IC chip on which information is stored, and an antenna for transmitting the information that is stored on the IC chip. In the antenna, a power-feeding part on which the IC chip is mounted extends along a direction in which an electric current flows. Radiation parts are formed so that the width of the radiation parts becomes wider than that of the power-feeding part with respect to the longitudinal axis of the power-feeding part. The radiation parts extend from the power-feeding part, at both sides thereof, along the direction in which the electric current flows.

    摘要: A small radio frequency IC tag which can obtain sufficiently long communication distance with radio wave in the microwave band even if an antenna is made small and the radio frequency IC tag is embedded in metal material. An O-shaped antenna is formed to narrow the width of a neck part in which an IC chip is mounted and widen the width of radiating electrodes constituting radiating part of radio wave. The radiating electrodes are formed into offset structure on right and left sides of the feeding point so that areas of right and left radiating parts of the feeding point in which the IC chip is mounted are unsymmetrical. Further, a ground electrode is provided so that a dielectric body is held between the radiating electrodes and the ground electrode and the radiating electrode is connected to the ground electrode at the side of the dielectric body.

    摘要: An IC chip and a minute antenna for conducting transmission with a weak radio wave are mounted on a male connector. An auxiliary antenna for amplifying the weak radio wave emitted by the minute antenna and transmitting the amplified radio wave is mounted on a female connector. If the male connector is fitted into the female connector normally, then the distance between the minute antenna and the auxiliary antenna becomes 1.0 mm or less, and consequently the weak radio wave transmitted by the minute antenna is amplified by the auxiliary antenna and transmitted to the outside. Unless fitting is conducted normally, then the distance between the minute antenna and the auxiliary antenna becomes longer than 1.0 mm, and consequently the weak radio wave emitted the minute antenna is not amplified and transmitted. By receiving the information stored on the IC chip, the fitting state of the connectors can be checked.

In the disk medium, an annular slot constituting a non-film portion without metal film is formed close to the boundary between an information non-recording area and an information recording area. The area formed with the metal film is separated into an outer antenna portion and a second antenna portion. The second is a C-shaped member in which a central non-film area on the inner peripheral side and the annular slot are connected via a notch. Signal input/output electrodes constituting the terminals of the IC chip for supplying power to the antenna are connected to the metal films of the first and second antenna over the annular slot at a narrow portion.

    摘要: A 6 mm long and 1.5 wide antenna is evaporated on a surface of a 7 mm long and 2.4 mm wide inlet film, and a slit is formed in the antenna. An IC chip is mounted on the antenna over the slit like a bridge to configure an inlet. The inlet is wound on a 7 mm long shaft having a diameter of 0.8 mm in its longitudinal direction. The shaft with the inlet wound thereon is inserted in an inside of an 11 mm long outer coating cover having a diameter of 1 mm, the cover being made of resin. The cover with the shaft and the inlet therein is passed through a heater cylinder for fusion by heat, thereby providing the coating to the RFID tag. This results in a small bioimplant RFID tag.

    摘要: In a wireless IC tag, metallic antennas are deposited as thin films on the front and back surfaces of a spacer, made of a heat-resistant glass epoxy material having a desired dielectric constant, to form a first antenna and a second antenna. An IC chip is mounted in the center of the first antenna. The second antenna functions as an auxiliary antenna for resonating to a desired frequency of a transmission radio wave of the first antenna to strengthen the intensity of the radio wave. Accordingly, even when the IC tag is mounted to a cable or the like, the tag can be mounted in the interior of the enclosure of the cable and thus the radio wave intensity of the first antenna can be prevented from being weakened by a metallic member in the cable.

    摘要: A radio frequency IC tag includes an antenna substrate accommodated on a bottom portion of an outer casing and an antenna radiation portion mounted on a surface of the antenna substrate. These parts are encapsulated by a sealing agent. An IC chip is disposed at a substantial center on a backside of the antenna substrate. A ground pattern connected to an electrode terminal of the IC chip is formed in an area, on which the IC chip is not mounted. A through electrode passes through the antenna substrate from its back surface to above its front surface at a position slightly offset from the center thereof. The through electrode is connected to the antenna radiation portion on the front surface and to the electrode terminal of the IC chip on the back surface.
