    摘要: An automatic shutter driving device releasable when the image of a subject is sharply focused comprises a mode selection switch, enable-signal generating means, logic circuit, and a shutter driving circuit. The mode selection switch is mounted on a camera body having an automatic focusing function and selects at least a single mode of another mode, such as a continuous servo mode or a manual mode. The enable-signal generating means generates an enable-signal when the mode selection switch selects the single mode after a photographic lens having no automatic focusing function has been mounted on the camera body. The logic circuit executes the logic operations of the enable signal and a detection output signal derived from a decision means for deciding whether the image of a subject is sharply focused or out-of-focus, thereby delivering a shutter driving signal. The shutter driving circuit drives a shutter in response to the shutter driving signal derived from the logic circuit.

    摘要: A method for use in an automatic focusing camera for driving a focusing lens to a focused position in which the speed is changed in decreasing incremental steps as the lens approaches the focused position and the speed is made independent of changes in ambient temperature or the orientation of the camera relative to the direction of gravitational force. The speed of the lens is controlled in accordance with duty ratio data prestored in a memory and which is applied to control the duty ratio of a drive signal to a motor employed to position the focusing lens. A correction value for correcting for the effects of changes in ambient temperature is obtained prior to the start of the focusing operation and applied to correct the duty ratio of the drive signal during the actual focusing operation.

    摘要: An apparatus for producing semiconductor devices in which a plurality of treatment chambers such as a load chamber, an etching chamber, a sputtering chamber, an ion implantation chamber, a CVD chamber, an unload chamber, a transfer chamber, a heat-treatment chamber, a rinsing chamber and the like, are connected in series preferably in the form of U for effecting various treatments of semiconductor wafers. Wafer conveyor and transfer means are provided to move a wafer through the treatment chambers in which the wafer is normally sequentially processed and these conveyor and transfer means are reversible so that a wafer which has been moved into a predetermined treatment chamber can be returned to the inlet of the apparatus, whereby the quantity of dust attached to the wafer in each treatment chamber can be easily and positively detected. In the heat-treatment chamber, the hot air is discharged against the upper surface of the wafer on the belt conveyor while a vertically movable heating plate is brought into contact with the undersurface of the wafer so that the uniform heat-treatment can be accomplished within a short period of time. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the etching chamber or the like are lined with detachable linings made of, for instance, aluminum so that maintenance is facilitated.

    摘要: A closure cap having a liner adhered to a cap shell by a plurality of coating layers. Prize markings are printed on one of the coating layers and are positioned between the coating layers. The peel resistance in the interface between the coating layers is less than that between the topmost coating layer and the liner to assure that the prize markings will be transferred to the liner when the liner is peeled from the cap shell. The liner includes a starting portion which adheres to the topmost coating layer only slightly to facilitate easy removal of the liner from the cap shell.

    摘要: A fixing device for thermally fixing a developing agent image to a sheet fed in a sheet feeding direction includes a tubular flexible fusing member, a nip plate, a heater, a reflection plate, and a backup member. The tubular flexible fusing member has an inner peripheral surface defining an internal space and an axis defining an axial direction. The nip plate is disposed in the internal space, and the inner peripheral surface is in sliding contact with the nip plate. A heater is disposed in the internal space and confronts the nip plate in a confronting direction. The reflection plate is configured to reflect a radiant heat from the heater toward the nip plate. A backup member is configured to provide a nip region in cooperation with the nip plate for nipping the fusing member between the backup member and the nip plate.
