    摘要: In optical recording and/or reproduction using an SIL optical system that performs a tilt servo using light for recording and/or reproduction, the SIL and an optical recording medium have a high probability of colliding with each other before the tilt servo is started. To prevent the collision, an optical recording/reproduction method performs a gap servo that controls a gap between a surface of an optical recording medium and a bottom surface of an SIL using reflected light that is generated from light traveling from the bottom surface of the SIL and reflecting on the optical recording medium, a focus servo that controls a distance between a focal point of the light and the bottom surface of the SIL, and a tilt servo that controls a tilt of the bottom surface of the SIL relative to the surface of the optical recording medium using the reflected light. The method includes acts which are performed sequentially: starting the gap servo with the gap being set larger than when optical recording and/or reproduction is performed, and shifting the focal point to an optical recording medium side from the bottom surface of the SIL, starting the tilt servo, and setting the gap smaller and arranging the SIL at a predetermined position.

    摘要: An optical information recording and/or reproducing apparatus comprises: a focusing unit (11) which collects generated near-field light on an optical disc (1); a first detector (17) which receives light reflected by the optical disc (1) and outputs an electric signal according to the quantity of the received light; and a distance control circuit (22) which controls the distance between the focusing unit (11) and a light entrance surface of the optical disc (1), using the electric signal that is output from the first detector (17), and the optical disc (1) has at least N (N is an integer of 2 or greater) number of information layers, and a distance d0 from the light entrance surface to a first information layer which is most distant from the light entrance surface and a distance dn from the light entrance surface to an Nth information layer which is closest to the light entrance surface satisfy the relationship of dn≧d0×(1/25). As a result, servo control can be accurately performed regardless which information layer, out of a plurality of information layers of an optical disc, information is recorded to or reproduced from.

    摘要: In optical recording and/or reproduction using an SIL optical system that performs a tilt servo using light for recording and/or reproduction, the SIL and an optical recording medium have a high probability of colliding with each other before the tilt servo is started. The print data generated by the print data generating module is transmitted to the mobile terminal device. The mobile terminal device transmits the print data which has been transmitted from the host computer, and the mobile printer prints an image on a slip in accordance with the print data transmitted from the mobile terminal device.

    摘要: In producing a stamper for molding an optical disc, a master disc which can be obtained from the steps of forming a thermosensitive material layer capable of acting as a negative type by a laser beam on a substrate, irradiating a laser beam to predetermined areas of the thermosensitive material layer so as to partially perform exposure and wet-etching the partially exposed thermosensitive material layer so as to form a fine pits-and-bumps pattern is used as a stamper for injection molding machine. Therefore, minute pits each having a size smaller than the spot of the laser beam of optical limit are formed, thereby providing a stamper with the small number of deficiencies.

    摘要: A method for producing an optical recording medium of the present invention includes: a first step of laminating a substrate and a transfer stamper with a not cured ultraviolet-curable resin interposed therebetween, the transfer stamper having, on at least one of surfaces thereof, recesses/projections that provide information to be transferred; a second step of transferring the information to be transferred of the transfer stamper onto a surface of the ultraviolet-curable resin; a third step of detaching the transfer stamper from the ultraviolet-curable resin at an interface therebetween after the ultraviolet-curable resin is cured; and a fourth step of forming a thin film layer on the information-transferred surface of the ultraviolet-curable resin, the thin film layer including at least one of a recording film and a reflection film. In this method, at least one of a weight of the transfer stamper and a viscosity of the ultraviolet-curable resin is set so that a surface roughness of the information-transferred surface of the ultraviolet-curable resin is smaller than a surface roughness of the surface of the transfer stamper on which the information to be transferred is provided.
