摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor which can reduce impedance, particularly, the ESL and the ESR, and a method for manufacturing such a solid electrolytic capacitor. A cathode electrode 14 is formed on a foil-like aluminum substrate 2 whose surface is roughened. One end portion region of each of foil-like aluminum substrates 3a and 3b is bonded to one of the opposite end portion regions of the foil-like aluminum substrate 2 whose surface is roughened so that electrical connection can be established between the valve metals. One end portion region of each of conductive metal substrates 15a and 15b formed in a lead frame in advance is bonded to one of the other end portion regions of the foil-like aluminum substrates 3a and 3b whose surfaces are roughened, thereby forming anode electrodes. A cathode lead electrode 15c is drawn out from a conductive layer (cathode electrode 14) formed on the foil-like aluminum substrate 2 whose surface is roughened in a direction perpendicular to the major surface of the foil-like aluminum substrate 2.

摘要: When a request to conduct format process is received from the external device, a write history management table which records histories of conducted writing processes in block units is referred to confirm whether or not writing process has been conducted to the block. As a result of the confirmation, the format process is conducted to only a block, which a writing process has not been conducted, and a history of conducting the writing process of the formatted block is recorded. In conducting the format process, when a request is received to conduct reading process and/or writing process from the external device, the write history management table is referred, and only in a case that a writing process has been conducted to said block, the disk array device is accessed and a reading process and/or writing process is conducted to the block.

摘要: A vehicle occupant restraint system includes a first restraint apparatus to restrain an occupant in a first direction such as the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a second restraint apparatus to restrain the occupant in a second direction such as the lateral direction. A control unit triggers the first restraint apparatus upon a collision tending to throw the occupant in the first direction. Thereafter, the control unit sets a delay time in accordance with a condition representing the amount of movement of the occupant in the second direction, and triggers the second restraint apparatus at a timing delayed by the delay time with respect to the first trigger action of triggering the first restraint apparatus.

摘要: A large volume of digital media home information output from each of audio, visual, computer and communication (AVCC) apparatuses is transmitted to a digital media home information network at a high data speed and is received by one AVCC apparatus. Also, a small volume of digital environment home information output from each of self-management apparatuses such as an energy sensor, a security sensor and a health case sensor is transmitted to a digital environment home information network at a low data speed and is received by a digital information transmitting/receiving and protocol converting unit. In this unit, A protocol of the digital environment home information in the digital environment home information network is converted into that in the digital media home information network, and the data speed of the digital environment home information in the digital environment home information network is changed to that in the digital media home information network. Thereafter, the digital environment home information is received and processed by one of the AVCC apparatuses. Therefore, because both the networks are integrated by the converting unit, the digital media home information and the digital environment home information can be used at user's home at a low cost.

摘要: A primary winding of a transformer is serially connected to a horizontal deflection coil. An amplitude regulating circuit outputs a first correction voltage in response to a voltage generated on a secondary winding of the transformer. A phase regulating circuit regulates the phase of the first correction voltage output from the amplitude regulating circuit and outputs a second correction voltage. An addition circuit adds the second correction voltage to a sawtooth wave voltage generated by a sawtooth wave voltage generation circuit. A correction current output from an amplifier in response to the second correction voltage output from the phase regulating circuit cancels a current component generated on a vertical deflection coil by a horizontal deflection current.
