    摘要: A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, an input/output (I/O) gating circuit, an error decision circuit and an error check and correction (ECC) circuit. The I/O gating circuit reads test pattern data to provide test result data in a test mode and reads a codeword in a normal mode. The error decision circuit determines the correctability of errors in the test result data by a first unit, based on the test pattern data and the test result data and provides a first error kind signal indicating a first determination result, in the test mode. The ECC circuit decodes the codeword including main data and parity data generated based on the main data, determines correctability of errors in the codeword by a second unit and provides a second error kind signal indicating a second determination result, in the normal mode. The main data includes a plurality of unit data.

    摘要: A donor substrate having a plurality of recesses and isolation structures may be provided. The isolation structures may be defined by the recesses. A first electrode is formed on a first substrate. A pixel defining layer may be formed on the first electrode to define a plurality of pixel regions. The donor substrate may be arranged over the first substrate, and a laser induced thermal imaging process may be performed to form a plurality of light emitting layers in the pixel regions. A second electrode may be formed on the pixel defining layer and the light emitting layers. The organic light emitting layers having minute dimensions may be effectively obtained from the donor substrate. The isolation structures may be formed integrally with the substrate, and thus the donor substrate may be easily recycled after the laser induced thermal imaging process.

When a printhead including a first end and a second end sequentially prints a first area and a second area which are adjacent to each other, the method comprises performing printing by means of the printer by relatively moving locations of the printhead and a print object in such a way that a surface printed by the second end in the first area and a surface printed by the second end in the second area face each other. The printhead rotates around a rotational axis comprising at least one point on the printhead, one end of the printhead, a center of the printhead, or both ends of the printhead.

    摘要: A donor substrate having a plurality of recesses and isolation structures may be provided. The isolation structures may be defined by the recesses.     摘要: An ICI cancellation iterative receiver and an ICI cancellation method in the wireless communication system is provided. In order to eliminate the Inter-carrier-interference (ICI) due to phase noise, an adaptive ICI cancellation scheme based on the wireless communication system is presented. In order to correct the contaminated preamble symbols due to phase noise, a first LMS adaptive filter in the receiver cancels the ICI. In the following data symbols of a frame, joint of the turbo decoder and channel estimation is provided. The complexity of the joint algorithm is analyzed and the algorithm can be implemented in the wireless communication system. The simulation results show that the performance can be improved dramatically.

    摘要: An optical sheet and a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) incorporating the same. The LCD includes a sheet-like transparent substrate made of a transparent material and a microscopic structure layer formed on one surface of the transparent substrate. The microscopic structure layer has an array of microscopic structures to emit light. A liquid crystal panel is formed above the microscopic structure layer, and has defined therein a plurality of pixels to display an image. When seen from above the transparent substrate, at least a portion of the microscopic structures has parallel and non-parallel arrangements repeated one or more times in a longitudinal direction thereof with respect to one side-edge of the pixels of the liquid crystal panel.
