    摘要: A surgical resecting tool (1) whereby a cartilage, cartilage knob or tumor within a body cavity, for example, such articulation cavity as of a knee is resected from outside the body cavity without being incised and is taken out of the body cavity is provided with a rigid outer tube (4) removably provided in the front part of a body part (2) which is also a holding part and has a rotary power source 28. The outer tube (4) is provided with an opening (7) near the front end part and with a curved part 9 in the rear of the opening (7). The outer tube 4 is provided with a cutting part (13) in the front end part and is removably connected in the rear end part to the rotary power source (28) to resect a living body tissue by rotating and driving the cutting part (13). An inner tube (6) having a flexible part (12) at least in the position corresponding to the above mentioned curved part (9 ) is inserted through the outer tube (4).

    摘要: In a method of cleaning an endoscope, a stop is mounted on the open end of an air/liquid supply valve cylinder thereby closing the open end. A liquid tank is connected through a liquid supply tube to a first air supply port which opens to a connector of the endoscope and communicates with one end of an air supply channel. A connecting cap is attached to the connector so that a second air supply port communicating the air supply channel and a liquid supply port communicating with a liquid supply channel communicate with each other. An air supply pump is connected to the liquid tank. The pump is operated under this condition and supplies the liquid in the liquid tank to the first air supply port. The liquid supplied to the first air supply port is discharged from a nozzle communicating with the other ends of the air and liquid supply channels through these channels and the air/liquid supply valve cylinder, thereby cleaning the interior of these channels and the cylinder.

    摘要: According to the present invention, a remote operation support system includes a first control system arranged in an operating room, a second control system arranged in a primary support room, and a third control system arranged in at least one secondary support room, the first to third control systems being connected to each other through communication lines. The first control system has an imaging device for obtaining an image signal of a patient under operation, a first transmission/reception device for transmitting the image signal supplied from the imaging device to the second control system, simultaneously transmitting patient information regarding the patient under operation to the third control system, and receiving support information from the second control system, and a reproduction device for displaying the image signal and reproducing the support information. On the basis of secondary support information sent from the third control system and the image signal sent from the first control system, the second control system generates primary support information to support an operator in the operating room upon operating, and then transmits the generated information to the first control system.
