摘要: This rigid electronic endoscope is formed of an endoscope body and an elongate tubular guide tube. An insertable part to be inserted through the guide tube is provided in front of this endoscope body. A solid state imaging device as an imaging means is provided in the tip part of this insertable part and a supporting part of a cross-sectional area smaller than of this tip part is provided in the rear of this tip part. A space as a treating tool inserting path or as a liquid feeding and sucking tube path which can feed and drain an irrigating liquid is formed between this supporting part and the inner surface of the guide tube.

摘要: A surgical resecting tool (1) whereby a cartilage, cartilage knob or tumor within a body cavity, for example, such articulation cavity as of a knee is resected from outside the body cavity without being incised and is taken out of the body cavity is provided with a rigid outer tube (4) removably provided in the front part of a body part (2) which is also a holding part and has a rotary power source 28. The outer tube (4) is provided with an opening (7) near the front end part and with a curved part 9 in the rear of the opening (7). The outer tube 4 is provided with a cutting part (13) in the front end part and is removably connected in the rear end part to the rotary power source (28) to resect a living body tissue by rotating and driving the cutting part (13). An inner tube (6) having a flexible part (12) at least in the position corresponding to the above mentioned curved part (9 ) is inserted through the outer tube (4).

摘要: This endoscope apparatus adapted to meter NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) is provided with an endoscope having a channel and an NMR metering probe insertable through the channel. The endoscope has an elongate insertable part having an observing window and illuminating window in the tip part, an observing system for observing an object to be imaged by receiving a light from the object entering through the observing window, an illuminating light output system emitting an illuminating light through the illuminating window and a hollow channel formed within the insertable part and opening in the tip part. Preferably, at least the tip side of the insertable part if formed of a non-ferromagnetic characteristic material. The NMR metering probe has a signal transmitting member insertable through the channel of the endoscope, connected at one end to the NMR metering apparatus and able to transmit high frequency signals and a loop-like antenna part connected to the other end of the signal transmitting member and projected out of the opening of the channel.

摘要: This NMR metering endoscope apparatus is provided with an endoscope body and an NMR metering loop-like antenna. The endoscope body is provided with an elongate insertable part having an observing window and illuminating window in the tip part an observing system for observing an object by receiving a light coming from the object and entering through the observing window and an illuminating light outputting system emitting an illuminating light out of the illuminating window. The NMR metering antenna is fitted to the outer periphery including the tip surface of the insertable part of the endoscope body and can be connected to the NMR metering apparatus.

The aperture is positioned so as to receive a focused image and means are provided to prevent light from leaking directly to the light-receiving surface from the aperture. The light source unit and the video processor unit are disposed in separate housings, respectively, and these units are connected to each other by a cable to transmit a signal therebetween.

摘要: This rigid electronic endoscope has an endoscope having an elongate insertable part connected to the front part of an operating part which is also a holding part on the base side and formed of a solid state imaging device which can output an electric signal by electrically converting an object image in this insertable part and a conductive shielding member sheathing this insertable part. The electric signal obtained by this endoscope is input into a signal processing circuit. The ground terminal of this signal processing circuit is electrically connected to the above mentioned shielding member and is isolated from a ground terminal on the external current source side.
