Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method configured to enable user equipment to transmit or receive data relating to hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process to/from a plurality of base stations in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a serving base station, information relating to HARQ processes allocated for the HARQ process of the plurality of base stations, and base station pattern information indicating the base station to/from which the user equipment transmits or receives the data in a specific subframe; and transmitting or receiving the data to/from at least one base station from among the plurality of base stations on the basis of the information relating to the HARQ processes and the base station pattern information.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for data offloading in a wireless communication supporting multiple radio access networks, and a device for the same. Specifically, the method comprises: a step in which a neighboring cell report including an identifier for a wireless local area network (WLAN) access point (AP) is received from a first terminal and a second terminal; a step in which, if the first and second terminals are communicating with one another and the WLAN AP identifiers transmitted by the first and second terminals are the same, an offloading indication message, indicating the offloading of first and second terminal data, is transmitted to the WLAN AP having the WLAN AP identifier; and a step in which an offloading command message, ordering the transmission and reception of data via the WLAN AP, is transmitted to the first and second terminals.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for transceiving a paging message in a wireless communication system that supports a multiple radio access network and an apparatus for the method. In detail, the method comprises: a step of receiving, from a terminal, a paging redirection request message for requesting redirection of a paging message transmission path of a cellular network through a wireless local area network (WLAN) access point (AP) in the event the terminal accessed to a base station of the cellular network has switched the access thereof to the WLAN AP; a step of transmitting a paging redirection response message indicating whether the redirection of the paging message is authenticated or not to the terminal through the WLAN AP; and a step of transmitting a paging message to the terminal through the WLAN AP.
Abstract:
A method for controlling inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system includes receiving information about an interference control period from a central controller, performing carrier sensing based activation competition in the interference control period, and scheduling user equipments served by the BS if the BS wins the carrier sensing based activation competition. The carrier sensing based activation competition may be based on a BS-specific back-off value related to a BS-specific weight. The BS-specific weight may be determined as the sum of products of an instantaneous throughput and a differential value of an average throughput based utility function, for all UEs served by the BS.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method for a first pico base station for controlling handover between the first pico base station and a second pico base station in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, from user equipment, measurement results of a downlink reference signal of the second pico base station; and determining whether it is necessary to hand over to the second pico station based on the measurement results. If it is determined that it is necessary to handover to the second pico base station, the method may further comprise the steps of: sending an action switch request to the second pico base station; receiving setting data of the second pico base station for the action switch with the second pico base station; and changing the setting data of the first pico base station into the received setting data of the second pico base station.
Abstract:
A method for controlling interference between a plurality of pico base stations within the coverage of a macro base station in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: enabling a first pico base station to transmit information on a first subset of an ABS (almost blank subframe) pattern for measuring a downlink to user equipment on the basis of the ABS pattern of a macro base station; receiving, from the user equipment, the measurement results of the downlink in the first subset; detecting, from the measurement results of the downlink, interference from a second pico base station within the coverage of the macro base station, wherein if the interference is detected, the first pico base station can transmit, to the second pico base station, a message for requesting pairing with the macro base station with respect to the ABS pattern.
