摘要： An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transmitting section, which drives a probe that transmits an ultrasonic wave toward a subject; a receiving section, which receives an ultrasonic echo, produced by getting the ultrasonic wave reflected by the subject, through the probe, thereby generating a received signal; a property value calculating section for calculating property values of the subject based on the received signal over a period of time; a stability estimating section for sequentially estimating the degrees of stability of the property values that have been calculated over the period of time; and a presenting section for presenting the degrees of stability thereon.

摘要： A mobile telephone 2 stores a telephone number and address for data communication of an emergency service in a storage unit, and has a function for acquiring position information showing its own position. If the mobile telephone 2 is outside the range of a 1× network 4 when a telephone number of another party is designated, the mobile telephone 2 checks whether or not the designated telephone number is a telephone number of an emergency service. When the designated telephone number is confirmed to be the telephone number of an emergency service, the mobile telephone 2 retrieves the address of the emergency service from the storage unit, and sends an emergency notification that includes the position information over the EVDO network 5 with the retrieved address as the destination. The emergency notification message reaches a server 3b of the emergency service via the EVDO network 5.

摘要： An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transmitting section 102 driving an ultrasonic probe; a receiving section 103 receiving an ultrasonic echo, produced by getting an ultrasonic wave reflected by a subject, at the probe to generate a received signal; a tissue tracking section 105 for tracking the motion of each tissue of the subject based on the received signal and outputting location tracking information; a radius and wall thickness calculating section calculating the radius and wall thickness of the blood vessel; a tissue attribute value calculating section 108 calculating radial and circumferential elasticities of the vascular wall of the vessel based on information about the blood pressure of the subject provided externally, the tracking information, and the radius and wall thickness of the vessel; and a display section 107 presenting the radial and circumferential elasticities. While the transmitting section and the receiving section are transmitting or receiving the ultrasonic wave, the tissue attribute value calculating section calculates the radial elasticities one after another based on the tracking information and the information about the blood pressure, and the display section presents the radial elasticities. But while the transmission and reception of the ultrasonic waves are suspended, the tissue attribute value calculating section calculates the circumferential elasticity based on the tracking information, the information about the blood pressure, and the radius and wall thickness of the blood vessel and the display section presents the circumferential elasticities.

For measuring the elasticity characteristic of the blood vessel by an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, the driving device moves the transducer based on a control signal from the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus to change at least one of a direction and a position at which the ultrasonic wave is to be transmitted. A determination section of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus specifies a position of the transducer at which the reflection intensity is maximum based on intensity information representing an intensity of the reflected wave. A calculation section of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus calculates the elasticity characteristic of the blood vessel at the specified position.
