    摘要: A method for controlling/regulating a process in a motor vehicle, in particular a combustion process, gear-shifting process, or braking process, with the help of a characteristics grid map, which is defined by a plurality of performance quantities of the process and represented by data points that have corresponding characteristics-map values. At least one characteristics-map value is determined from the characteristics grid map in a control cycle for an operating point by first determining adjacent data points, which define an interpolation range in which the operating point lies, and by then interpolating between the adjacent data points. To reduce the computational time for interpolation, the at least one characteristics-map value is determined for the operating range within the framework of a linear interpolation based on a minimum number of data points. The minimum number of data points results from a number of the plurality of performance quantities of the process, which define the characteristics map, plus one.

    摘要: An elastic coupling (1) of disc construction and of the kind in which two coupling halves (2, 3) rotationally interlock and have helical compression springs (5) tangentially arranged in ports (4) in the coupling halves, which transmit torque from one coupling half to the other. So as to avoid the springs curving outwards at high rotational speed and/or with a low loading, under the effect of centrifugal force, sliding members (10) are loosely inserted into the ports. The sliding member can either be constructed with a concave groove (11) which partially surrounds the spring from outside and is disposed between the coils of the spring and its respective ports, or in the shape of a bar (10a) which is loosely inserted coaxially into the spring. The springs (5), on their sides turned towards the axis of rotation, are prevented from being overstressed by high end pressure and also wear connected with excessive curvature caused by increased end pressure, and also reduce the danger of the springs jumping out of their centering. A further advantage is that the oscillation and damping behaviour of the coupling remain unchanged.

    摘要: There is provided a tooth system for the static transmission of a torque between two machine components coaxially disposed in one another, e.g. a shaft and a hub, in which the tooth surfaces are straight and are designed with a very large pressure angle and with large tip and root fillet radii. The pressure angle of one component deviating slightly from that of the other component by half the torsion angle so as to overcome backlash. As a result, under load, the tooth surfaces abut over their entire surface. Also, the hubs can be produced with a smaller blanking indentation, in particular in the case of discs made of sheet metal, which increases the bearing capacity, and furthermore this can be done even more precisely, which results in an increase in centering precision and less noise generation during operation.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling operating characteristic quantities of an internal combustion engine. For issuing an uncorrected anticipatory control value, a characteristic field is addressed by directing pregiven operating characteristic quantities as addresses and, with a simultaneously superposed control, an averaged value of the control factor is applied to the anticipatory control region for effecting an adaptive learning procedure. From the averaged control factor, a global factor is defined which works multiplicatively on the entire basic characteristic field. This considers especially multiplicative disturbance influences. Also, by means of a dividing of the self-adaptive characteristic field into a non-changeable basic characteristic field and into at least one further changeable factor characteristic field corresponding thereto, each basic value is multiplied within a pregiven influence region by means of the associated factor of the factor characteristic field whereby mostly additive disturbing influences are considered. Global factor and the particular factor from the factor characteristic field can conjointly work upon the control value issued by the basic characteristic field.

The device is a testing circuit which includes a current pickup which measures the current in the output circuit of a respective proximity switch which controls the output current flow by switching off or limiting the output current flow. The device also includes a circuit which provides a testing cycle for the current measurement with first and second delay times which control the output current during a short circuit or overload and a waiting time, substantially longer than the first delay time, between the start of two successive delay times. The length of the first delay time is chosen with respect to the time constant of the respective transmission line to be connected.

    摘要: The invention is directed to an apparatus and a method for controlling the operating characteristic quantities of an internal combustion engine, with a characteristic set up with operating quantities of the internal combustion engine for pre-control of engine variables influencing the operating characteristic quantities, and with a control arrangement, responsive to at least one engine variable, for correctively influencing the characteristic values. The values stored in the characteristic field and selected in dependence on operating characteristic quantities of the internal combustion engine are modified via the control arrangement to correctively influence the characteristic values. In addition, the characteristic values lying within the defined region of the characteristic value modified are also changed in dependence on the modification of this particular characteristic value. The fact that the modification of a characteristic region in dependence on the modification of its respective characteristic value is weighted, permits a rapid and accurate adaptation of the characteristic to the actual operating conditions of the internal combustion engine. The invention is advantageously suitable for use in various control systems contolling air-fuel metering, ignition point, charge-air pressure, exhaust-gas recirculation of idle speed, for example.

    摘要: A device is proposed for generating control signals with a primary and an auxiliary control unit, having an error indication circuit layout and a subsequently disposed switchover device from the primary to the auxiliary control unit. The auxiliary control unit operates in parallel with the primary control unit and emits monitoring signals spaced apart in time from those of the primary control unit, which do not yet influence the consumer. If the device is put to use as an injection signal generator in internal combustion engines, then it is recommended that the auxiliary control unit emit its output signal either one cycle later, or 180.degree. of crankshaft angle later, than does the primary control unit. The occurrence of the individual signals can be detected and evaluated. Upon the appearance of an error, the former auxiliary control circuit can then be switched over to become the primry control circuit; in that event, then a reversal must then be effected in the times when the individual pulses occur.
