    摘要: A process for forming a large-surface metal plate into a shaped part includes using a moulding tool. The tool includes a reservoir filled with incompressible fluid work medium, clamping jaws and a shaping die movable towards the reservoir. Profiling elements, corresponding to each other, are configured in the interior of the reservoir and on the outer edge of the shaping die. The external high pressure punching by means of the shaping die moved forward against the high pressure of the fluid work medium is ended, when the shaping die has reached the profiling elements in the reservoir, by the pressure of the fluid work medium in the reservoir being reduced. The boundary sections of the metal plate are then formed between the profiling elements, pressed against each other, of the shaping die and the reservoir, at low pressure of the fluid work medium or at zero pressure.

    摘要: A regulating device is proposed for control variables of an internal combustion engine, in particular for the fuel metering signal and the ignition signal, which has an intervention capability for signals of at least one knocking sensor on the engine via a knocking-signal evaluation circuit; this knocking-signal evaluation circuit includes a frequency recognition circuit and preferably an amplitude recognition circuit, and it detects and evaluates the knocking signal only during specific times or angles relating to the ignition signal. The frequency recognition circuit is realized by means of two counters. The counting range of the first counter marks the value of the upper threshold frequency which can be recognized, while the counting range of the second counter characterizes the frequency band. Finally, by means of a third counter, a specific disturbance interval can be established, in order to cause the frequency recognition circuit to respond only after the appearance of a predetermined number of pulses of the predetermined frequency, thus bringing about an adjustment of the control variables.

    摘要: A device is proposed for generating control signals with a primary and an auxiliary control unit, having an error indication circuit layout and a subsequently disposed switchover device from the primary to the auxiliary control unit. The auxiliary control unit operates in parallel with the primary control unit and emits monitoring signals spaced apart in time from those of the primary control unit, which do not yet influence the consumer. If the device is put to use as an injection signal generator in internal combustion engines, then it is recommended that the auxiliary control unit emit its output signal either one cycle later, or 180.degree. of crankshaft angle later, than does the primary control unit. The occurrence of the individual signals can be detected and evaluated. Upon the appearance of an error, the former auxiliary control circuit can then be switched over to become the primry control circuit; in that event, then a reversal must then be effected in the times when the individual pulses occur.

    摘要: In order to monitor the correct mounting of a rotation transducer on a rotary part, the output signal of the rotation of the indicator is caused to produce a first pulse at a particular angular position. An additional reference mark transducer is coupled to the rotary part to produce a second pulse for timing comparisons with the first pulse. Mechanical slippage of the rotation transducer on the rotary part can then be detected when one of the pulses is present without the other, and the failure of either of the transducers to operate can also be detected. The device is useful for assuring reliable operation of the rotation transducer controlling fuel injection in a Diesel engine.

    摘要: Data signifying the value of a controlled parameter which varies as a function of engine speed is stored on a disk rotating with an engine shaft. A sensor senses the data starting with a predetermined reference position and extending over a predetermined fixed scanning time. Since the time is fixed, the angle of rotation covered by the sensor will vary as a function of engine speed. The data is so arranged along the disk that the value of the parameter at the given speed can be determined from the sensed data at the end of the scanning time. The data is stored either as markings to be sensed serially from the start to the end of the scanning time, or is stored in parallel tracks to be sensed simultaneously at the end of the scanning time. For straight line approximations of the characteristic curve specifying the variation of the parameter as a function of speed, the disk has tooth-like segments indicating the required slopes, intervals for which the slopes are constant, and sign of the slopes by the length of the segments and/or the interval between segments.

The initial integration or peak value may be given less weight than those that follow. The knock sensor may be an engine block sound sensor, or a combustion chamber light, pressure or iron current sensor. Additional criteria, such as the interval between null transitions or signal maxima or the number of them in a measuring period may be used to inhibit a knock indication in case the main processing should occasionally provide an anomalous knock signal, but this precaution is not sufficiently needed to warrant its inclusion in simplified systems.

    摘要: The controlled variable of a system, in particular the timing of an internal combustion engine, is changed on the basis of a set point signal by a closed control loop which alters the relative settings of the breaker points and the distributor shaft, for example. The set point is a single value related to a specific set of magnitudes of engine variables. When the engine exhibits this specific set of magnitudes, the control loop is closed and the engine timing is adjusted to the set point. At other times, the timing follows open-loop, forward control signals such as provided by vacuum advance mechanisms, flyweight governors, etc. The apparatus includes a locking mechanism for locking the relative position of the breaker plate after adjustment by the closed loop controller.
