摘要: In a discharge pulse current introduced into a machining gap between a wire electrode and a workpiece, ineffective discharge pulses not contributing to machining are discriminated and the number of the ineffective discharge pulses is counted. Moreover, an electrical discharge position is detected. An unevenly distributed state of machining chips in the machining gap is discriminated based on the counted number of the ineffective discharge pulses and the detected electrical discharge position. In order to eliminate the unevenly distributed state of the machining chips based on the unevenly distributed state of the machining chips, a flow rate of a working fluid supplied from an upper working fluid feeder in an upper wire guide and a flow rate of a working fluid supplied from a lower working fluid feeder in a lower wire guide are adjusted.

摘要: Particles each of which consists of an inorganic polyvalent metal compound as a nucleus and a coating of a metallic soap of the polyvalent metal coating the nucleus (coated particles); products and preparation processes using the particles; a lubricating coating forming agent wherein particles each of which consists of a polyvalent metal salt of phosphoric acid as a nucleus and a coating of a metallic soap of the polyvalent metal coating the surface of the nucleus are suspended in an aqueous solution of a water soluble inorganic salt and/or a water soluble organic acid salt; and a lubricating coating. The coated particles are novel particles which can be used as an ingredient of coating-type lubricating coating; are excellent in seizure resistance; can inhibit wear of tools at the time of plastic working since the friction coefficient of the surface of the particles is low; and are slow to cause pollution of working oils. Lubricating coating obtained by applying the lubricating coating forming agent onto the surface of a metallic material gives excellent cold plastic working properties, namely lubricity and seizure resistance to the metallic material.

摘要: In a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, a first conductive layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate. Then, a plasma etching process using Ar ions is performed upon the first conductive layer to remove natural oxide from the first conductive layer. Then, a heating process at a temperature higher than about 650° C. is performed upon the first conductive layer to expel Ar atoms from the first conductive layer. Finally, a second conductive layer is formed by a sputtering process on the first conductive layer.

摘要: The present invention aims to reduce the code length and time for flushing the code. An encoding apparatus includes a data memory storing information source data, a learning memory storing learning data relating the encoding data, a probability estimation table for outputting an encoding parameter indicated by the learning data, and an encoder outputting the code by implementing an arithmetic encoding based on the encoding data and the encoding parameter. In the above encoding apparatus, according to the present invention, a synchronization detector is provided measuring one of inputting the information source data and outputting the code at a predetermined interval. Further, the encoding apparatus includes a boundary detector detecting a carry boundary value within the effective region at predetermined interval and instructing to truncate a part of the effective region based on the detection result. The encoder truncates one of equally divided upper and lower partial regions of the effective region indicated by the carry detector and updates the effective region.
