摘要: A rotary tool includes an externally operable operation switch; a motor serving as a power source; a power transfer block for transferring the rotation of the motor; a load detection unit for detecting an amount of load of the motor; and a control unit for controlling the motor. The control unit is configured to perform an operation control by which the motor is controlled so that a rotation speed of the motor is increased in proportion to the operation amount of the operation switch and a feedback control by which the rotation speed of the motor is controlled depending on the detection result of the load detection unit. The control unit inhibits the feedback control during the time when the operation amount of the operation switch is equal to or less than a threshold and performing the feedback control only when the operation amount of the operation switch is greater than the threshold.

摘要: To efficiently construct a three-dimensional model. A product is divided into two parts of a head portion and a neck portion. A head form 34 and a neck form 36 are selected as forms of a three-dimensional model. The basic dimensions of each part are inputted to calculate dimension values of each part, and a combination of a basic form and a cut part is selected in accordance with a table 38. If it is necessary to change the basic form of the neck form 36, the dimensions of a basic-form model 40 are changed to construct a model 42. Furthermore, a cut part 48 is selected, and the model 42 is processed to construct a model 50. Then, by combining a head-form model 52 and the neck-form model 50, a three-dimensional model 54 of a bolt is constructed.

摘要: An automatic drawing creation system in which dimension lines required for a two-dimensional drawing are automatically written when the two-dimensional drawing is created from a three-dimensional model. A product specification determination means 10 creates a three-dimensional model which is then held while being associated with its attribute values. After a specified drawing frame is extracted from a drawing frame database 18 by an automatic drawing creation means 22, a two-dimensional projection drawing is created on the extracted drawing frame by projecting the three-dimensional model. Then, dimension line elements dependent on the shape of the two-dimensional projection drawing is extracted from a dimension database 16 and deformed according to attribute values of a product, a required dimension line element 28 and the two-dimensional projection drawing are compounded by an automatic drawing creation means 26, and the compounded two-dimensional projection drawing is outputted as a drawing 30 from a drawing presentation means 24.

摘要: A constant-current battery charger includes a power supply for supplying a charge current to a secondary cell, and a current monitor for monitoring a charge current being supplied to the cell. A controller is included for varying the charge current in accordance with the monitored charge current. The controller calculates a current difference between a predetermined target current and the instant charge current, and generates a demand of varying the charge current at a first charge rate when the current difference is out of a predetermined range, and varying the charge current at a second charge rate when the current difference is within the predetermined range. The controller generates the demand repeatedly at regular or varying intervals for varying the charge current. The first charge rate is set to be higher than the second charge rate in order to make a rapid charging until it comes close to the target current. Since the current difference between the instant charge current and the target current is relied upon to switch the charge rate between the first and second charge rates, the switching can be made at an exact timing truly indicative of the condition of the battery, which enables a rapid charging, yet assuring to complete the charging successfully.

摘要: A substrate processing system which sprays exposure process gas onto a substrate disposed within a chamber. The substrate processing system is used, for example, for performing an exposure process of an organic film formed on a substrate in a gas atmosphere obtained by vaporizing an organic solvent solution for dissolving and reflowing an organic film. The substrate processing system comprises: the chamber having at least one gas inlet and at least one gas outlets; a gas introducing means which introduces the exposure process gas into the chamber via the gas inlet; and a gas distributing means. The gas distributing means separates an inner space of the chamber into a first space into which the exposure process gas is introduced via the gas inlet and a second space in which the substrate is disposed. The gas distributing means has a plurality of openings via which the first space and the second space communicate with each other and introduces the exposure process gas introduced into the first space into the second space via the openings.
