    Abstract: An antistatic polyester film and an antistatic coating liquid are provided. The antistatic polyester film includes a polyester substrate and an antistatic coating layer formed on the antistatic polyester film. The antistatic coating layer is formed by applying an antistatic coating liquid on the side surface of the polyester substrate by an in-line coating, and drying the antistatic coating liquid. The antistatic coating liquid includes an aqueous solvent, a conductive additive, and a water soluble polyester resin. Based on a total weight of the antistatic coating liquid being 100 wt %, the aqueous solvent ranges between 50 wt % and 85 wt %, the conductive additive ranges between 1 wt % and 20 wt %, and the water soluble polyester resin ranges between 2 wt % and 40 wt %.

    Abstract: A plastic wrap and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The plastic wrap includes at least one resin layer that includes a resin composition. The resin composition includes, based on 100 wt % of the resin composition, 1 to 14 wt % of an inorganic nano powder. The inorganic nano powder includes 1 to 30 wt % of zinc oxide, 1 to 20 wt % of titanium oxide, and at least one of 1 to 35 wt % of a silver salt-doped silicon oxide and 1 to 15 wt % of a rare earth metal salt.

    Abstract: A polymer film for storing fruits and vegetables includes a first polymer resin material, a second polymer resin material, and an inorganic nano powder material. The first polymer resin material has a first molecular weight. The second polymer resin material has a second molecular weight. The first molecular weight is less than the second molecular weight. The first polymer resin material and the second polymer resin material are blended with each other according to a predetermined weight ratio so that the polymer film has a gas penetration rate between 3.5 g/m2/day to 35 g/m2/day. The inorganic nano powder material includes zinc oxide (ZnO). The inorganic nano powder material is dispersed in the first polymer resin material and the second polymer resin material in a plurality of granular forms, and an average particle size of the inorganic nano powder material is between 50 nm and 200 nm.

    Abstract: A coated pearl paper and a method for producing the same are provided. The coated pearl paper includes a pearl patern and a coating layer. The pearl paper includes a major layer and two minor layers arranged at two sides of the major layer. The major layer includes a first resin and multiple first mixed inorganic particles, and each of the minor layers includes a second resin and multiple second mixed inorganic particles. A coating liquid forming the coating layer includes a third resin, multiple third mixed inorganic particles, and water.     Abstract: A self-healing resin composition and a self-healing membrane structure are provided. The self-healing resin composition includes 20 phr to 50 phr of a self-healing resin, 1 phr to 10 phr of a hardener, 0.1 phr to 3 phr of a matting agent, and 40 phr to 80 phr of a solvent. The self-healing resin is polymerized from a polyester polyol, a diisocyanate monomer, and a bisphenol monomer. A molar ratio of a hydroxyl group to an isocyanate group in monomers to polymerize the self-healing resin ranges from 1.33 to 2.0. A number average molecular weight of the self-healing resin ranges from 30,000 g/mol to 200,000 g/mol.

    Abstract: A water-based thermal-insulation coating material includes a water-based resin, a film forming auxiliary agent, and a thermal insulation agent. The water-based resin is at least one material selected from a group consisting of: acrylic resins, polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, and combinations thereof. The water-based resin has a minimum film-forming temperature of not less than 5° C. The film forming auxiliary agent is at least one material selected from a group consisting of: plasticizers, alcohol-ether solvents, alcohol-ester solvents, a mixed solvent of ethylene glycol mono-butyl ether and di-propylene glycol butyl ether, aprotic solvents, and combinations thereof.     Abstract: A conductive polyester laminated structure and a conductive packaging material are provided. The conductive polyester laminated structure includes a main structure supporting layer and two conductive layers. Each of the conductive layers is formed of a conductive polyester composition. The conductive polyester composition includes a polyester base material and a conductive reinforcing material. The conductive reinforcing material includes multiple carbon nanotubes, and the carbon nanotubes are dispersed in the polyester base material. In each carbon nanotube, a length of the carbon nanotube is defined as L, a diameter of the carbon nanotube is defined as D and is between 1 nanometer and 30 nanometers, and an L/D value of the carbon nanotube is between 300 and 2,000. The carbon nanotubes are in contact with each other to form multiple contact points, so that the conductive polyester composition has a surface impedance of not greater than 107 Ω/sq.

    Abstract: An impact-resistant polyester material is provided, which includes a polyester resin matrix material, a toughening agent and a compatibilizing agent. The toughening agent and the compatibilizing agent are dispersed in the polyester resin matrix material. The toughening agent is a polyolefin elastomer (POE). The compatibilizing agent is configured to assist in improving compatibility between the toughening agent and the polyester resin matrix material. The compatibilizing agent is at least one of a polyolefin elastomer grafted with glycidyl methacrylate (POE-g-GMA) and a polyolefin elastomer grafted with maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH). The compatibilizing agent is configured to assist the toughening agent to be dispersed into the polyester resin matrix material with a particle size between 0.5 micrometers and 1.5 micrometers, so that the impact-resistant polyester material has an impact strength of not less than 20 kg-cm/cm.
