Abstract: A transparent antibacterial plastic film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The transparent antibacterial plastic film includes a polyester material and an antibacterial composite dispersed in the polyester material. A refractive index of the antibacterial composite ranges from 1.46 to 1.66. The method for manufacturing the transparent antibacterial plastic film includes steps of: mixing the polyester material and the antibacterial composite to form antibacterial masterbatches, and using the antibacterial masterbatches to form the transparent antibacterial plastic film. A refractive index of the antibacterial composite ranges from 1.46 to 1.66.

Abstract: A UV release tape includes a substrate layer, a UV release layer, and a separation layer. The UV release layer is disposed between the substrate layer and the separation layer. A peeling strength of the UV release layer toward a silicon wafer is higher than 10 N/in. After being exposed to UV light, the peeling strength of the UV release layer toward the silicon wafer is lower than 0.3 N/in.

Abstract: A polymer film for storing fruits and vegetables includes a first polymer resin material, a second polymer resin material, and an inorganic nano powder material. The first polymer resin material has a first molecular weight. The second polymer resin material has a second molecular weight. The first molecular weight is less than the second molecular weight. The first polymer resin material and the second polymer resin material are blended with each other according to a predetermined weight ratio so that the polymer film has a gas penetration rate between 3.5 g/m2/day to 35 g/m2/day. The inorganic nano powder material includes zinc oxide (ZnO). The inorganic nano powder material is dispersed in the first polymer resin material and the second polymer resin material in a plurality of granular forms, and an average particle size of the inorganic nano powder material is between 50 nm and 200 nm.

Abstract: A pigment dispersoid and a method for manufacturing the pigment dispersoid are provided. The method for manufacturing the pigment dispersoid includes the following steps. A pigment powder, a dispersant, and a plasticizer are mixed to form a dispersing solution. The dispersing solution is homogenized to form a pigment slurry. A carrier polymer powder is added into the pigment slurry to form a liquid mixture. The liquid mixture is stirred at a temperature ranging from 80° C. to 100° C. to form the pigment dispersoid. The plasticizer prompts the plasticization of the carrier polymer powder such that the pigment slurry is adsorbed by the carrier polymer powder during the plasticization to form the pigment dispersoid.
