    Abstract: A manufacturing method of composite copper foil includes the following steps: providing a copper foil, wherein the copper foil has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other; performing a surface treatment with a surface treatment solution to form a first surface treatment layer on the first surface of the copper foil; and forming a first lithium metal layer on the first surface treatment layer. Another manufacturing method of composite copper foil includes the following steps: providing a copper foil, wherein the copper foil has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other; preparing a conductive material; adding a filling material, an adhesive material and a solvent to the conductive material to form a slurry; coating the slurry on the first surface of the copper foil to form a first conductive layer.

    Abstract: An optical film, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight module are provided. The optical film includes a polyester layer and a cadmium-free quantum dot gel layer that includes a first polymer and a plurality of cadmium-free quantum dots dispersed therein. The first polymer includes: 1 wt % to 5 wt % of a photoinitiator; 3 wt % to 30 wt % of scattering particles; 10 wt % to 40 wt % of a thiol compound; 5 wt % to 30 wt % of a monofunctional acrylic monomer; 5 wt % to 20 wt % of a bifunctional acrylic monomer; 10 wt % to 40 wt % of a multifunctional acrylic monomer; 5 wt % to 20 wt % of an organosilicon grafted oligomer; and 100 ppm to 2,000 ppm of an inhibitor. Through a composition formula of the cadmium-free quantum dot gel layer, a cadmium-free optical film that maintains a high water-oxygen resistant effect can be provided.

    Abstract: A quantum dot composite, an optical film, and a backlight module are provided. The quantum dot composite includes a polymerizable polymer and a plurality of quantum dot particles dispersed in the polymerizable polymer. Based on a total weight of the polymerizable polymer being 100 wt %, the polymerizable polymer includes: 5 wt % to 30 wt % of a monofunctional acrylic monomer, 10 wt % to 40 wt % of a multifunctional acrylic monomer, 15 wt % to 40 wt % of a thiol compound, 1 wt % to 5 wt % of a photoinitiator, 5 wt % to 25 wt % of an allyl monomer, and 3 wt % to 30 wt % of scattering particles.

    Abstract: An optical film, a backlight module and a manufacturing method of the optical film are provided. The optical film is composed of a quantum dot gel layer. The quantum dot gel layer includes a first polymer and a plurality of quantum dots dispersed in the first polymer.     Abstract: A self-healing resin composition and a self-healing membrane structure are provided. The self-healing resin composition includes 20 phr to 50 phr of a self-healing resin, 1 phr to 10 phr of a hardener, 0.1 phr to 3 phr of a matting agent, and 40 phr to 80 phr of a solvent. The self-healing resin is polymerized from a polyester polyol, a diisocyanate monomer, and a bisphenol monomer. A molar ratio of a hydroxyl group to an isocyanate group in monomers to polymerize the self-healing resin ranges from 1.33 to 2.0. A number average molecular weight of the self-healing resin ranges from 30,000 g/mol to 200,000 g/mol.

    Abstract: An optical film having high reliability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The optical film includes a quantum dot layer, an upper protective layer and a lower protective layer. The upper protective layer is formed on a surface of the quantum dot layer. The lower protective layer is formed on another opposite surface of the quantum dot layer. The upper protective layer and the lower protective layer each include a bonding layer, a moisture and oxygen barrier layer, and a substrate layer located between the bonding layer and the moisture and oxygen barrier layer. The bonding layer is arranged proximate to the quantum dot layer and formed from an aqueous coating material. The moisture and oxygen barrier layer is arranged away from the quantum dot layer and includes an evaporated layer and an outer plastic layer formed on the evaporated layer.
