摘要: Home base station nodes (110) that support multi-carrier operation are disclosed. In some embodiments, two carrier signals are transmitted on different frequencies to one or more user devices that support multi-carrier operation, and different global cell identifiers are broadcast on the two carrier signals. Control messages are sent and received for both of the two carrier signals over a single control-plane interface between the home base station (110) and either a core network node (170) or a home base station gateway (120).

摘要: Embodiments herein relate to a method in a second network node (13,14) for detecting a short stay handover of a user equipment (11) in a second cell (16) in a telecommunication system (10). The user equipment (11) is handed over from a first cell (15) to the second cell (16) and from the second cell (16) to a third cell (17) in the telecommunication system (10). The second network node sends, to a first network node (12,18), an indication in a message that a short stay handover has occurred when determined that the user equipment (11) is handed over to the third cell (17) before a time threshold, thereby enabling the first network node (12,18) to detect the short stay handover.

摘要: A donor base station (12) serves a mobile cell (20) provided by a mobile relay node (16) and advantageously limits the cells that it notifies about its serving of the mobile cell (20) to those cells that currently neighbor both the donor cell and the mobile cell (20). To this end, the donor base station (12) determines, based on identifying information that identifies cells currently neighboring the mobile cell (20), a subset of cells that neighbor both the mobile cell (20) and the donor cell. The base station (12) then sends an update message to the subset indicating that it is serving the mobile cell (20). In some embodiments, the donor base station (12) generates the message to indicate that the particular cell it is serving is a mobile cell (20). The cells in the subset then control handover to or from that particular cell based on one or more defined handover triggering thresholds specific to mobile cells.

摘要: A method in a network node for enabling proximity detection is presented. The network node is comprised in a wireless communications network and serves a wireless device. According to the method, the network node obtains a fingerprint of a CSG cell, or of an inter-frequency cell. The network node then transmits the fingerprint to the wireless device, thereby enabling the wireless device to determine when it is in the proximity of the cell.
