    Abstract: A multilayer thin-film capacitor includes a first multilayer body and a second multilayer body spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction by a split layer. The second multilayer body is disposed on a lower surface of the first multilayer body, the first multilayer body constitutes a top capacitor, and the second body constitutes a bottom capacitor. First, second, and third external terminals may be disposed on an upper surface of the first multilayer body and be connected to internal electrode layers of the first and second multilayer bodies.

    Abstract: A coil component includes a body having one surface, and one end surface and the other end surface connected to the one surface and opposing each other; a coil portion including lead-out patterns within the body; slit portions respectively disposed in an edge portion between the one end surface and the one surface of the body and an edge portion between the other end surface and the one surface of the body to expose the lead-out patterns; external electrodes disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the one surface and respectively extending to the slit portions to be connected to the lead-out patterns; and surface insulating layers, respectively disposed on the one end surface and the other end surface of the body.     Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a body having a dielectric layer and internal electrodes disposed to be alternately exposed to the third and fourth surfaces with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween. External electrodes include connection parts respectively formed on opposing surfaces of the body, band parts formed to extend from the connection parts to portions of side surfaces of the body, and corner parts in which the connection parts and the band parts are contiguous. A thickness of each of the external electrodes may be 50 nm to 2 μm. The external electrodes may be formed using a barrel-type sputtering method. A ratio t2/t1 may satisfy 0.7 to 1.2, where t1 is a thickness of each connection part and t2 is a thickness of each band part. A ratio t3/t1 may satisfy 0.7 to 1.0, where t3 is a thickness of each corner part.

    Abstract: A coil component includes a body having one surface and another surface opposing each other, opposing end surfaces each connecting the one surface and the other surface to each other, and opposing side surfaces each connecting the end surfaces to each other. An internal insulating layer is embedded in the body, and a coil portion is disposed on at least one surface of the internal insulating layer and includes the first and second lead-out portions. The body has a recess disposed in each end surface of the body to expose the first and second lead-out portions. First and second external electrodes each include a connection portion disposed in the recess to be connected to a respective one of the first and second lead-out portions, and each include a pad portion disposed on the one surface of the body. A filling portion fills the recess and covers the connection portion.
