    Abstract: A coil electronic component includes a body having one surface and the other surface, opposing each other, and a plurality of wall surfaces respectively connecting the one surface and the other surface of the body, first and second recesses, respectively formed in both end surfaces of the body opposing each other among the plurality of wall surfaces of the body, extending to the one surface of the body, a wound coil, embedded in the body, including first and second lead-out portions, a first external electrode disposed along an internal wall of the first recess and the one surface of the body and connected to the first lead-out portion, and a second external electrode disposed along an internal wall of the second recess and the one surface of the body and connected to the first lead-out portion.     Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sensor. A sensor according to the present invention includes a mass body, a fixing part disposed so as to be spaced apart from the mass body, a first flexible part connecting the mass body with the fixing part in a Y-axis direction, a second flexible part connecting the mass body with the fixing part in an X-axis direction, and a membrane disposed over the second flexible part and having a width in a Y-axis direction larger than a width in a Y-axis direction of the second flexible part. Here, a width of an X-axis direction of the first flexible part is larger than a thickness in a Z-axis direction thereof and a thickness in a Z-axis direction of the second flexible part is larger than a width in a Y-axis direction thereof.

    Abstract: A coil component includes a body, a coil portion disposed inside the body, a first external electrode and a second external electrode spaced apart from each other on one surface of the body and connected to the coil portion, a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer respectively connected to the one surface of the body, respectively disposed to side surfaces of the body to extend upwardly of the one surface of the body, and a third insulating layer and a fourth insulating layer respectively connected to the one surface of the body, respectively disposed on end surfaces of the body and each extending upwardly of the one surface of the body.     Abstract: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a body having a dielectric layer and internal electrodes disposed to be alternately exposed to the third and fourth surfaces with the dielectric layer interposed therebetween. External electrodes include connection parts respectively formed on opposing surfaces of the body, band parts formed to extend from the connection parts to portions of side surfaces of the body, and corner parts in which the connection parts and the band parts are contiguous. A thickness of each of the external electrodes may be 50 nm to 2 μm. The external electrodes may be formed using a barrel-type sputtering method. A ratio t2/t1 may satisfy 0.7 to 1.2, where t1 is a thickness of each connection part and t2 is a thickness of each band part. A ratio t3/t1 may satisfy 0.7 to 1.0, where t3 is a thickness of each corner part.
