    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a V2X communication method and apparatus. The method is applicable for a V2X node and includes: detecting a downlink control channel whose CRC code is scrambled by a V-RNTI relevant to the V2X node; and receiving V2X data information on a corresponding downlink data channel according to an indication of the detected downlink control channel. In the present disclosure, the receiving V2X node is able to receive V2X data information selectively, which avoids useless data receiving and data processing operations of the receiving V2X node, reduces the number of downlink control channels and downlink data channels to be detected and processed by the receiving V2X node.

    Abstract: Provided are a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT), with a transmission and receipt processing method and device for time-frequency synchronization between V2X terminals. When a synchronization signal to be transmitted is identical to a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, time-frequency resources configured for the D2D terminal in a cell are reused to transmit the synchronization signal. When synchronization signal to be transmitted is different from a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, reconfigured time-frequency resources are used to transmit the synchronization signal. The synchronization signal transmitted by a V2X terminal indicates a corresponding synchronization source type by using a value of an SLSS sequence index and/or a value of a PSBCH specified field.

Embodiments of the present disclosure may further disclose a corresponding method and device for receiving signals, a method and device for determining transmission power of the reference signals and a method for transmitting the DRS in a DL transmission burst including the data. With embodiments of the present disclosure, the confusion of the measurement of the DRS and the measurement of other types of reference signals may be solved.

    Abstract: A method for implementing uplink transmission in a flexible frequency division duplex (FDD) system is provided. A flexible FDD supported user equipment (FFUE) receives signaling from an evolved node B (eNB), obtains an uplink carrier configuration, and performs physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission by way of synchronous HARQ of 8 ms, synchronous HARQ of 10 ms, or asynchronous hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ).
