摘要: Embodiments of the invention disclose a method, apparatus and system of translating a source binary code into a target binary code. The translation according to embodiments of the invention may include determining whether or not a previously translated code block that relates to a source fragment to be currently translated may be reused for execution by a target processor. A reusability status of the previously translated code block may be determined based on a reusability status of a group of previously translated code blocks. In some embodiments, when no previously translated code blocks relating to the currently translated source fragment are found, the source fragment may be translated into a new target code block, which may be executed by the target processor. The new target code block may then be added to a group of previously translated code blocks.

摘要: Media processing of real-time protocol (RTP) packets used in time sensitive applications makes efficient use of network resources, e.g., by dropping or resizing the packets, but hinders measuring and reporting end-to-end reception quality. Because media processing causes a difference between what is sent and received, end-to-end reception quality cannot be measured validly without accounting for this difference. Accordingly, a method and corresponding apparatus are provided to track changes to RTP packets of an RTP session caused by media processing, modify RTP packet information of the RTP packets based on the tracked changes, correct RTP control protocol (RTCP) packets corresponding to the RTP session based on the tracked changes, the corrected RTCP packets being a measure of the end-to-end reception quality of the RTP session, and report the end-to-end reception quality of the RTP session by forwarding the corrected RTCP packets. Thus, end-to-end reception quality can be validly measured and reported.

摘要: Process solutions comprising one or more surfactants are used to reduce the number of defects in the manufacture of semiconductor devices. In certain embodiments, the process solution may reduce post-development defects such as pattern collapse or line width roughness when employed as a rinse solution either during or after the development of the patterned photoresist layer. Also disclosed is a method for reducing the number of defects such as pattern collapse and/or line width roughness on a plurality of photoresist coated substrates employing the process solution of the present invention.

摘要: A photosensitizer that is excitable via infrared radiation and is adapted to be used to treat a selected biological target. The photosensitizer comprises a core nanoparticle adapted to convert infrared radiation into a visible light emission, and a coating disposed about the core nanoparticle. The coating contains a light excitable agent that is adapted to be excited by the visible light emission from the core nanoparticle. The photosensitizer can be surface modified with an antibody to make the photosensitizer specific to the biological target that is to be treated. Such surface modified photosensitizer is introduced to the target site and irradiated with infrared radiation.

摘要: The present invention provides a slow release nitrogen fertilizer and a process for manufacturing the fertilizer, wherein the fly ash from coal-fired power plants that may contain high concentration of mercury and carbon is used as the main feedstock and the carbonitridation reaction is used to convert fly ash to silicon aluminum oxynitride in the presence of nitrogen gas and carbon. Silicon aluminum oxynitride is subsequently used as a slow release nitrogen fertilizer. The mercury contained in the fly ash is recovered before carbonitridation reaction takes place.
