    摘要: A resin molding includes an elongate body and a bent end that is continuous with the elongate body and is formed by a pressing operation. A back side of an intersecting portion of the elongate body and the bent end has reinforcing ribs formed by resin melted during the pressing operation. The resin molding is formed by extruding a melted resin, cutting the extruded resin into a predetermined length to form an intermediate product, heating and pressing an end of the intermediate product to bend the end, and introducing a melted resin onto the intermediate product during the pressing to form at least one reinforcing rib thereon to support the bent end.

    摘要: The invention enables to load and unload batteries of Varying sizes efficiently. Storage apparatus 10 is equipped with storage compartment 25 capable of storing battery A of three different kinds of thicknesses and a lid that covers an insertion port 34 of the storage compartment 25. Storage compartment 25 is internally equipped with position regulating plate part 70 on ceiling part 32 and ejection urging part 50, a thickness judging part, and contact point part 40 on end surface 33 at the back side. Position regulating plate part 70 is equipped with three rotatable position regulating plates 71, 72 and 73. Position regulating plates 71, 72 and 73 are urged by regulating springs 81, 82 and 83 to protrude vertically into storage compartment 25. When battery A is inserted, one through three position regulating plates 71, 72 and 73 guide battery A to cause it to be pressed to bottom surface part 31 of the storage compartment 25. Any one of position regulating plates 71, 72 and 73 that does not abut battery A oppose perpendicularly to battery A prohibits movement of battery A in the thickness direction. By closing the lid, battery A can be loaded to be positioned in a prescribed position.

    摘要: A shadow mask for use in a cathode ray tube comprises a mask body having a mask effective section where a number of electron beam passage apertures are formed and a skirt portion provided at a peripheral edge of the mask effective section, and a mask frame arranged to be layered outside the skirt portion. The mask frame and the skirt portion are resistance-welded to each other at a plurality of portions. At each welding portion, a plurality of concave and/or convex portions each having a smaller area than an area of a contact surface of an electrode for resistance-welding are formed at an inner surface portion of the skirt portion which the electrode contacts.

    摘要: A method for producing sustained release microsphere preparation for water-soluble medicament, which has high incorporation efficiency of the medicament and low initial burst, which comprises dissolving water-soluble pharmaceutical active ingredient and water-insoluble biodegradable polymer in one or two solvents in which both can dissolve, removing the solvent to give a solid dispersion having the water-soluble pharmaceutical active ingredient dispersed into said biodegradable polymer at molecular level, and further, dissolving said solid dispersion in an organic solvent being water-immiscible and having a boiling point of below 100.degree. C., and adding the resulting oil phase into an aqueous phase containing emulsifying agent to give O/W emulsion, and followed by removing the organic solvent from the oil phase of the resulting emulsion.
