    摘要: A system and method for a row forwarding of pixel data in a 3-D graphics pipeline. Specifically, in one embodiment a data write unit capable of row forwarding in a graphics pipeline includes a first memory and logic. The first memory stores a plurality of rows of pixel information associated with a pixel. The plurality of rows of pixel information includes data related to surface characteristics of the pixel and includes a first row, e.g., a front row, and a second row, e.g., a rear row. A data write unit includes first logic for accessing a portion of the second row and for storing data accessed therein into a portion of the first row. The data write unit also comprises logic for recirculating the plurality of rows of pixel information to an upstream pipeline module for further processing thereof.

The measures of error in the GPS satellite signals are utilized to correct GPS satellite signals received at an unknown location within the theater of operations. The corrected GPS satellite signals are then used to determine a precise position of the unknown location within the theater of operations.

    摘要: A vacuum box having features ideal for utilization with an overlock sewing machine housed in a flat-bed table in a garment factory setting. The vacuum flat-bed table of an overlock sewing machine. The vacuum box is a receptacle having bottom, top, left, right, front, and rear walls. A portion of the front wall can have an opening covered by a hingably mounted door panel. The receptacle has a first compartment and a second compartment. The first compartment is sealed-off from the first compartment and has a electric outlet placed therein placed along the left or right wall. A suction fan is located in the second compartment. A horizontally sliding top panel is placed above the top surface of the top wall. The top panel is pivotally connected to guide slots placed along the front and back wall of the receptacle in a manner which allows the top panel to be extended horizontally to increase the top surface and drawn in to reduce the top surface. The vacuum box of the present invention uses dual flexible vacuum hoses for maximal suction effect. A first vacuum hose and a second vacuum hose each connects at its first end to the receptacle and extends into the second compartment. Each vacuum hose connects at a second end to predetermined point on the sewing machine.

    摘要: Methods and systems are provided for steering network packets. According to one embodiment, a dynamically configurable steering table is stored within a memory of each network interface of a networking routing/switching device. The steering table represents a mapping that logically assigns each of the network interfaces to one of multiple packet processing resources of the network routing/switching device. The steering table has contained therein information indicative of a unique identifier/address of the assigned packet processing resource. Responsive to receiving a packet on a network interface, the network interface performs Layer 1 or Layer 2 steering of the received packet to the assigned packet processing resource by retrieving the information indicative of the unique identifier/address of the assigned packet processing resource from the steering table based on a channel identifier associated with the received packet and the received packet is processed by the assigned packet processing resource.

    摘要: A network device that includes a first memory to store packets in segments; a second memory to store pointers associated with the first memory; a third memory to store summary bits and allocation bits, where the allocation bits correspond to the segments. The network device also includes a processor to receive a request for memory resources; determine whether a pointer is stored in the second memory, where the pointer corresponds to a segment that is available to store a packet; and send the pointer when the pointer is stored in the second memory. The processor is further to perform a search to identify other pointers when the pointer is not stored in the second memory, where performing the search includes identifying a set of allocation bits, based on an unallocated summary bit, that corresponds to the other pointers; identify another pointer, of the other pointers, based on an unallocated allocation bit of the set of allocation bits; and send the other pointer in response to the request.
