    摘要: The present invention is directed to a reactor 1 including a combined product 10 made up of a coil member 2 and a magnetic core 3, and a case 4 storing the combined product 10. The case 4 is formed by a combination of a side wall portion 41 surrounding the combined product 10 and a bottom plate portion 40 being a member separate from the side wall portion 41. Between the bottom plate portion 40 of the case 4 and the coil member 2 (coils 2a and 2b), an insulating sheet 42 is interposed. In order to fabricate the reactor 1, the insulating sheet 42 is disposed on the bottom plate portion 40, and the combined product 10 is disposed on the insulating sheet 42. Then, the side wall portion 41 is disposed from above the combined product 10, and the side wall portion 41 and the bottom plate portion 40 are engaged with each other.

    摘要: A reactor being small in size and exhibiting excellent productivity, a method for manufacturing the same, and a reactor component suitable as the constituent component of the reactor are provided. The reactor includes a combined product including a coil and a magnetic core, and a case storing the combined product. The case includes a bottom plate portion made of aluminum, a side wall portion made of an insulating resin, and a joining layer formed on the inner face of the bottom plate portion for fixing the coil. The bottom plate portion and the side wall portion are independent separate members, which are integrated with each other by bolts and the like. Terminal fittings having a pair of joining pieces, which are disposed at the positions opposing to the end portions of the wire structuring the coil, are fixed to the side wall portion. Since each end portion of the wire is interposed in the space formed by the joining pieces, the wire and the terminal fittings can be electrically connected to each other without the necessity of using a separate jig. Since the joining layer is made of an adhesive agent exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity and insulation, the reactor possesses an excellent heat dissipating characteristic.

    摘要: A reactor 1 of the present invention includes: a combined product 10 provided with a coil 2 and a magnetic core 3 where the coil 2 is disposed; and a case 4 storing the combined product 10. The case 4 includes: a bottom plate portion 40 fixed to a fixation target when the reactor 1 is installed in the fixation target; a side wall portion 41 attached to the bottom plate portion 40 to surround the combined product 10; and a heat dissipation layer 42 formed on the inner face of the bottom plate portion 40 to be interposed between the bottom plate portion 40 and the coil 2. The bottom plate portion 40 is made of aluminum, and the side wall portion 41 is made of an insulating resin. The heat dissipation layer 42 is made of an adhesive agent whose thermal conductivity is high and which exhibits an excellent insulating characteristic. Since the bottom plate portion 40 is structured as a separate member from the side wall portion 41, the heat dissipation layer 42 can easily be formed and, moreover, the heat dissipation layer 42 can be made of a material possessing an excellent heat dissipating characteristic. Since the insulator 5 evenly presses the coil 2 against the heat dissipation layer 42, an even more excellent heat dissipating characteristic is achieved.

Ends of specific bus bars are projected from a main body section of the power circuit section in a adjacent manner to form fuse connection terminals. Each of the fuse connection terminals has a tip placement part to place a fuse terminal. An insulating case made of an insulating material for covering the power circuit section is opened in the projection direction of the fuse connection terminals to enable the fuse terminal to be placed in the tip placement part of the fuse connection terminal from the outside of the insulating case. The insulating case has a short-circuit prevention section intervening between the fuse connection terminals for preventing a short circuit between the fuse connection terminals.

    摘要: A circuit assembly includes a bus bar substrate and a first relay, in order to provide a circuit assembly in which a size in height can be reduced in conjunction with maintaining compactness, especially for a small occupation area in plan view by a simple structure. The bus bar substrate includes an electrical power circuit in which plural bus bar layers are stacked alternately through electrical insulation layers at plural levels. Each bus bar layer has plural bus bars arranged on the substantially same plane. The first relay is connected to the electrical power circuit through terminals. The first relay includes the terminals having contact pieces to be superposed on the bus bars along a layer surface of the bus bar. The contact piece of at least one of the terminals is joined by welding to a bus bar on a bus bar layer lower than the uppermost bus bar layer.
