    Abstract: A system and method for establishment of a universal, secure identity for online communications, interactions, and exchanges that uniquely associates an image, sound, or other digital asset with a person's identity using non-fungible tokens (NFTs). A digital asset is stored on a blockchain as an NFT, which uniquely and immutably associates the digital asset with the account owning that digital asset, thereby establishing a unique, secure personal identifier (a “personal non-fungible token” or PNFT) of the person owning that account for online communications and interactions. Links to the PNFT (also herein called “calls to action” or CTAs) can be customized via an online platform such that interaction with a given link or type of link initiates automated actions.

    Abstract: A system and method for a dynamic-link communication process between an electronic device and a target product or service by serving content or facilitating communication between two electronic devices. The first step is engagement by an electronic device with an initiator that is linked with a specific product or service that triggers a text message to auto-populate on the electronic device. The message comprising metadata about the specific product or service. The second step is for the electronic device to send the auto-populated message to a message gateway thus initiating the communication between the electronic device and a product or service. The message gateway works with a management service and one or more databases to send content back to the electronic device or to facilitate and convert messages between the electronic device and a second electronic device, the second electronic device associated with a product or service.

    Abstract: A system for anonymously connecting consumers to advertisers is disclosed. A computing device, upon receipt of a request from a consumer mobile device, sends a ready-to-send text message to the consumer mobile device to be displayed thereon, via a data network; receives the ready-to-send text message from the consumer mobile device; receives metadata from the consumer mobile device comprising at least a phone number associated with the consumer mobile device; determines an anonymous identity of the user of the consumer mobile device based on the metadata; composes and sends a text message with an embedded call-to-action link comprising a uniform resource locator (URL) to the consumer mobile device; and upon receipt of a request from the consumer mobile device comprising the URL, sends the anonymous identity of the user to a third-party server and redirect the request from the consumer mobile device to the third-party server.
