    摘要: A compressor includes a rotary shaft, a cam, a cylinder block, pistons, a thrust bearing, a rotary valve, and an oil passage. The rotary shaft has an in-shaft passage formed therein. The in-shaft passage has an outlet open to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft. The cam rotates integrally with the rotary shaft. The pistons are coupled to the rotary shaft through the cam. The thrust bearing is provided between the cam and the cylinder block. The thrust bearing includes a first race in contact with the cam, a second race in contact with the cylinder block, and rolling elements retained between the first and second races to form a gap therebetween. The oil passage is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft so as to extend from the gap to the outlet of the in-shaft passage.

    摘要: A magnetic head is held by a side wall through a head fixing fitting so as to freely advance into and retreat from a card sliding groove. First and second head urging levers are swingably supported through a pin. In a standby state, the magnetic head is away from the card travel groove, and card engaging sections of the first and second head urging levers are staying in the card travel groove. When a magnetic card slides in a card sliding direction, the magnetic card makes contact with a card contact section to push the card contact section away from the card travel groove. This causes the first head urging lever to push out the magnetic head into the card travel groove so that the magnetic head makes contact with the magnetic card.

    摘要: A plasma processing apparatus includes a process container configured to accommodate a target substrate and to be vacuum-exhausted. A first electrode and a second electrode are disposed opposite each other within the process container. A process gas supply unit is configured to supply a process gas into the process container. An RF power supply is configured to apply an RF power to the first electrode or second electrode to generate plasma of the process gas. A DC power supply is configured to apply a DC voltage to the first electrode or second electrode. A control section is configured to control the RF power supply and the DC power supply such that the DC power supply causes the DC voltage applied therefrom to reach a voltage set value, when or after the RF power supply starts applying the RF power.
