    摘要: A process for obtaining vinyl compounds by dehalogenation of halofluorinated compounds having a linear, branched or cyclic structure, said halofluorinated compounds containing in the molecule at least one group: wherein Y1 and Y2, equal to or different from each other, are selected from Cl, Br, I; wherein the halofluorinated compounds are dehalogenated in the presence of a transition metal, or of transition metal couples, by operating in a biphasic system of solvents immiscible among each other, formed of a (per)fluorinated solvent and a dipolar aprotic or protic solvent (co-solvent), wherein the ratio moles co-solvent/equivalents of the halofluorinated compound ranges from 0.5 to 10, preferably from 0.5 to 5, still more preferably from 1 to 3.

    摘要: Sulphonic fluorinated ionomers crosslinked by radical crosslinking of: A) crosslinkable sulphonic fluorinated ionomers, having equivalent weight 380-1300 g/eq and comprising: from 48% to 85% by moles of monomeric units deriving from tetrafluoroethylene (TFE); from 15% to 47% by moles of fluorinated monomeric units containing sulphonyl groups —SO2F; from 0.01% to 5% by moles of monomeric units deriving from a bis-olefin of formula: wherein: m=2-10, preferably 4-8; R1, R2, R5, R6, equal to or different from each other, are H or C1-C5 alkyl groups; B) a fluorinated compound as crosslinking radical initiator; C) a fluorinated bis-olefin of structure (I) as crosslinking agent; the radical crosslinking being carried out at a temperature in the range 250° C.-310° C., preferably 260° C.-300° C.

    摘要: New fluoroelastomers are described, having iodine atoms in terminal position and monomeric units in the chain deriving from an iodinated olefin of formula: CHR═CH—Z—CH2CHR—I  (I) wherein: R is —H or —CH3; Z is a (per)fluoroalkylene radical C1-C18, linear or branched, optionally containing one or more ether oxygen atoms, or a (per)fluoropolyoxyalkylene radical. These products, upon peroxide curing, require extremely short post-curing treatments (around 30-60 minutes at 180°-230° C.) and are characterized by compression set values lower than 25% (measured on O-rings at 200° C. for 70 hours according to ASTM Standard D395 Method B).

    摘要: Process for preparing dichlorofluoroacetylfluoride (CFCl.sub.2 COF) comprising the following steps:a) fluorination with hydrofluoric acid (HF) of the trichloroacetyl halide in a fixed or fluidized tubular bed reactor, filled with fluorination catalysts and having a temperature profile between the inlet of the reactants and the outlet of the reaction products, in the range from 175.degree. C. to 275.degree. C.b) distillation of the reaction products with trichloroacetylfluoride recycle and recovery of a mixture formed by HF and CFCl.sub.2 COF;c) separation of the HF/CFCl.sub.2 COF mixture components by cooling at temperatures lower than -10.degree. C., and optionally the HF recycle.

    摘要: Polymers and copolymers of one or more fluorinated dienes of structure CFX.sup.1 .dbd.CX.sup.2 --O--CX.sup.3 X.sup.4 --O--CX.sup.2 .dbd.CX.sup.1 F, wherein X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 are F, Cl or H, and X.sup.3 and X.sup.4 are F or CF.sub.3, wherein said dienes essentially form cyclic repetitive units, the comonomers used for preparing copolymers being ethylene unsaturated fluorinated compounds. Processes for preparing the fluorinated dienes having said structure which comprise the reaction in solution between one halogenated olefin and one hypofluorite CX.sup.3 X.sup.4 (OF).sub.2, wherein X.sup.3 and X.sup.4 are F or CF.sub.3, and the dehalogenation or dehydrohalogenation of the linear adduct between one hypofluorite molecule and two olefin molecules. The polymers and copolymers of the invention are particularly suitable for preparing coatings for applications at high temperatures.
