The disclosure provides pigment dispersions having an average particle size of from about 10 nm to about 500 nm prepared by employing a magnetic actuated milling process and system. In embodiments, the pigment dispersions have an average particle size of less than 100 nm.

A cold pressure fix toner composition includes at least one crystalline polyester material having a melting point in a range from about 30° C. to about 130° C. and at least one C16 to C80 amorphous organic material having a Tg of from about −30° C. to about 70° C. A method of cold pressure fix toner application includes providing the cold pressure fix toner composition, disposing the cold pressure fix toner composition on a substrate, and applying pressure to the disposed composition on the substrate under cold pressure fixing conditions. A latex can be formed from the cold pressure fix toner composition.
Abstract:
A sustainable material suitable for three-dimensional printing is disclosed. The sustainable material comprises a resin derived from a bio-based diacid monomer and a bio-based glycol monomer. The resulting sustainable material provides a much more robust 3-D printing material with different properties than conventional materials.

The method and system use magnetic particles and a generated electromagnetic field to facilitate the milling as well. The method and system can be used in any application that requires the preparation of small-sized particles at either the micro or nano scale, including for example, preparing toners, inks, wax, pigment dispersions and the like.
