Abstract: The blocking phenomenon at the time of recycling can be effectively suppressed. Provided is a heat-shrinkable polyester film derived from a first polyester resin and a second polyester resin as a plurality of polyester resins having different crystallinity, the heat-shrinkable polyester film satisfying the following characteristics (A) to (E).
(A) and (B): The first polyester resin includes terephthalic acid, in which a reaction amount of ethylene glycol is in the range of 50 mol % or more and below 90 mol %, and the second polyester resin includes terephthalic acid, in which a reaction amount of ethylene glycol is 90 mol % or more.
(C) and (D): When predetermined isothermal crystallization measurement is performed, an exothermic peak appears within 12 minutes from the start, including a cooling process time, and the heat quantity of the exothermic peak is 5 to 35 J/g.
(E): The thermal shrinkage ratio in the main shrinkage direction as measured under predetermined conditions is 20% to 60%.-

Abstract: The present invention provides a non-porous, breathable and waterproof transparent plastic film on a plastic substrate and methods for fabricating the same. The film includes a thermoplastic polyester resin, an amphiphilic modifier having a hydrophilic segment that acts as a channel for water vapor transmission through the film connected to a hydrophobic segment that anchors the amphiphilic modifier to a portion of the polyurethane base resin and a compatibilizer. The resultant non-porous, breathable and waterproof transparent plastic film has a water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) or breathability of not less than 250 g/m2/24 hr according to ASTM E96B, and having at least 90% of the transmittance. They are also resistant to liquid penetration and micro-contaminants such as bacteria and virus, making them suitable for broad applications in medical, healthcare and food packaging industries.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a polyester film and a preparation method of the same. Since the polyester film includes a resin layer formed from a mixture comprising a polyester resin, which includes a first diol moiety derived from isosorbide and a second diol moiety derived from cyclohexanedimethanol in a controlled ratio, and polyethylene terephthalate in a specific ratio, it is possible to exhibit improved heat resistance and adhesion with excellent light transmittance.

Abstract: Polyester resin includes polymer of acid component (A) and alcohol component (B). Component (A) contains 72 mol % or more of terephthalic acid component (A1) and from 8 to 28 mol % of isophthalic acid component (A2) with respect to total amount of component (A). Component (B) contains 77 mol % or more of ethylene glycol component (B1) and from 4 to 18 mol % of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol component (B2) with respect to total amount of component (B). Sum of content by percentage of component (A2) with respect to component (A) and content by percentage of component (B2) with respect to component (B) is from 24 to 43 mol %. Content of diethylene glycol component (B3) with respect to total amount of component (B) is 5 mol % or less. Polyester resin has intrinsic viscosity of from 0.48 to 0.67 dl/g.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to a polyester film, preparation method thereof and method for reproducing polyethyleneterephthalate (PET) container using same, the crystallization temperature (Tc) of the polyester film is not measured or is 70° C. to 130° C., as measured by differential scanning calorimetry, whereby it is possible to easily control the crystallinity. Accordingly, the polyester film has excellent shrinkage characteristics and recyclability, and clumping rarely occurs even if it is dried at high temperatures for a long period of time in the regeneration process.
