摘要: An optical spectrum analyzer measures to-be-measured light while carrying out calibration processing for correcting wavelength information of spectrum data of the to-be-measured light by a wavelength information correction device through a storage device based on the spectrum data of reference light that is obtained by causing the reference light whose wavelength is known to be incident on a tunable wavelength filter from light incident devices at all times together with the to-be-measured light. Since the optical spectrum analyzer can continuously measure the to-be-measured light in a wide wavelength range at high speed while maintaining high wavelength accuracy, it can continuously obtain the spectrum data of the to-be-measured light with high wavelength accuracy even if it is installed in a place in which an environment intensely changes.

摘要: A surveying system that comprises a position relation calculating processor, a correspondence establishing processor, and an image processor is provided. The position relation calculating processor calculates a positional relation between a coordinate system to which measurement information of a measurement point refers and an image of a surveying field, where a staking point is included. The correspondence establishing processor establishes correspondence between three-dimensional position information of the staking point and two-dimensional position information of a point corresponding to the staking point on the schematic image. The image processor superimposes a symbol that indicates the position of the staking point on the schematic image in accordance with the above correspondence.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an electronic component including the steps of preparing a pair of substantially round conductive wires, bending one end portion of each of the pair of conductive wires outward at an angle of about 90 degrees, forming a flat portion on each of the pair of substantially round conductive wires by press extending at least the portion on the tip side from the bending point so as to be extended substantially parallel to a lead portion of the lead terminal, such that a thickness of the flat portion is less than a diameter of each of the pair of substantially round conductive wires, forming a cup-shaped holder portion by bending the flat portion inwards, holding both end portions of a piezoelectric element in a pair of the cup-shaped holder portions, and electrically and mechanically connecting the cup-shaped holder portions and the electrodes formed in both end portions of the piezoelectric element by using a conductive joining material.

摘要: There is provided a burner for decomposing nonflammable materials, which is simple in structure and capable of thermally decomposing even a material which is relatively high in thermal decomposition temperature such as CF4 at as high efficiency as 99% or more. This burner comprises a nonflammable material-containing gas-introducing nozzle (40) which is disposed at one end of a cylindrical body (2) so as to enable the nonflammable material-containing gas to be injected around the center along the direction to the central axis (L) of the cylindrical body (2), and a plurality of oxidizing agent/fuel blow-off nozzles are disposed in a manner that these nozzles are positioned on and along circular lines which are coaxial with the central axis (L) of the cylindrical body (2). These blow-off nozzles (50) are inclined in such a degree as to enable flames (f) ejected therefrom to converge onto approximately the same point on the central axis of the cylindrical body (2).
