    摘要: A method is described for calibrating a balancing machine, in which a rotor (1) to be corrected is rotatably mounted in bearings (2) and a correction run k is performed, wherein at least one measuring sensor (3) determines an initial vibration of the rotor (1) prior to an imbalance correction and transmits this vibration to an evaluation device (4), which stores the measured value as vibration vector {right arrow over (s)}0. After an imbalance on the rotor (1) is corrected, a residual vibration of the rotor (1) is measured by measuring sensor (3), transmitted to the evaluation unit (4) and stored as vibration vector {right arrow over (s)}1. The difference δ{right arrow over (s)}={right arrow over (s)}1−{right arrow over (s)}0 formed from the measurement data and the corrected imbalance is stored for compensation run k as δ{right arrow over (s)}k and {right arrow over (u)}k by the evaluation unit (4). To undertake a calibration of the machine, one can either determine a process calibration matrix K by solving the equation system S=UKT using the collected measurement data or one can select an already available process calibration matrix using the initial vibration {right arrow over (s)}0 and/or imbalance vector {right arrow over (u)} and store it as a calibration matrix in the evaluation unit (4) and use it to calculate an unknown imbalance vector of a rotor (1).

    摘要: In a method for determining an equivalent modal unbalance for the first bending characteristic form of a shaft-elastic rotor, which unbalance is to be compensated for, a rotor model is created describing the geometric shape and material properties of the shaft-elastic rotor. The magnitude of compliance of the rotor model is calculated at a measurement point and at the center of gravity of the rotor at an assumed speed. The shaft-elastic rotor is received in a rotatable bearing and accelerated to the assumed speed which is below its first critical speed. Subsequently, the magnitude of outward deflection at the measurement point of the shaft-elastic rotor rotating at the assumed speed can be measured. The equivalent modal unbalance for the first bending characteristic form of the shaft-elastic rotor, which unbalance is to be compensated for, can be calculated from the magnitudes of the calculated compliance and the measured outward deflection.

    摘要: To correct an unbalance of rotors, a method and a device are proposed by means of which a corrective weight (15) is adapted to be welded to a rotor (2) by means of an electric welding device (14). The device comprises a robot (20) with a jointed arm (21) mounting the electric welding device (14). Arranged within reach of the jointed arm (21) is an unbalance measuring station (1) for measuring the amount of unbalance of the rotor (2) with an electronic computer which computes a corrective weight (15) to be attached to the rotor (2) for unbalance correction and transmits control data to a control device (23) of the robot (20). Under robot control, the welding device (14) picks the computed corrective weight (15) from a magazine (27) arranged within reach of the jointed arm (21) and welds it to the rotor (2) in the unbalance measuring station (1). During the welding operation the rotor (2) takes support on a first supporting device (11) and the welding device (14) on a second supporting device (12).
