摘要: Supporting parts are disposed on both sides of the end parts of a plurality of armatures to which needles are fixed. Elastic members are held by elastic-member-holding parts with limited play in the longitudinal direction of the armatures. The elastic members are inserted into wide holding parts allowing play in the longitudinal direction of the armatures, and needles are disposed in fixed positions. The elastic members are welded to elastic-member-holding parts and wide holding parts with the tip positions of needles used as standards.

摘要: A printer apparatus is provided with a frame memory for storing a printing pattern, a printing head driven in accordance with the printing pattern stored in the frame memory, and a processor for producing a plurality of graphic patterns in the frame memory in accordance with a plurality of items of printing data which are externally supplied, to thereby form a printing pattern. The processor of the printer apparatus includes a buffer memory and a CPU. The buffer memory stores image distribution data indicating a frame memory area which is occupied by the image portion of the graphic pattern corresponding to printing data to be changed and from which the marginal portions of the graphic pattern is excluded. When printing data which should be used in place of the printing data to be changed is supplied, the CPU reads the image distribution data relating to the printing data to be changed out of the distribution data memory, and clears the frame memory area specified by the image distribution data.

摘要: A load cell comprises a distortion generating body including first and second arms each of which has a thickness y and which are arranged in parallel, and thin deformable portions of a thickness x, which are coupled to the two ends of each of the first and second arms and each of which has flat and curved surfaces facing each other, a height of the distortion generating body, a distance between both of the thin deformable portions coupled with both ends of each of the first and second arms, and a radius of curvature of the curved surface of the thin deformable portions being set to predetermined values H, D, and R, respectively, strain gauges insulatively formed on the flat surfaces of the thin deformable portions coupled with both ends of the first arm, and leading portions connecting the strain gauges to form a bridge circuit. The thickness y is given by a linear equation y=ax+b, and constants a and b are determined by a linear equation p=aq+b indicating the relation between thicknesses p and q with respect to a plurality of standard load cells each of which includes the distortion generating body having predetermined height H, predetermined distance D, and predetermined radius R. Each of the thin deformable portions has a thickness q and a thickness p of each of the first and second arms is set according to the thickness q to give a linear load weight-output voltage characteristic.

摘要: The invention provides a drive device for a thermal transfer printer of the type which includes a thermal head for printing data on a label on a mount by way of an ink ribbon. A platen roller contacts the mount having a label thereon. The mount is also contacted by the thermal head so that the mount may be fed by a rotational frictional force of the platen roller. Sprockets are mounted for free rotation and for engagement in sprocket holes formed in the mount. Thus, a mount having a label thereon is fed by a rotational frictional force of the platen roller which is contacted under pressure by the thermal head. As the mount is fed, the movement thereof is guided and hence corrected by the freely rotating sprockets. As a result, the mount can be transported assuredly without causing meandering or slipping thereof, thereby allowing high quality printing to be attained without dislocation of printed symbols.

摘要: A thermal transfer printer comprises a pair of fixed frames for rotatably supporting a platen, a pair of movable frames supporting a thermal head, the movable frames being connected to the fixed frames so as to be rockable around a shaft, between a position where the thermal head is pressed against the platen and a position where the thermal head is moved away from the platen. The ink ribbon is supported by a supply roll and a take-up roll and may be alternately transported in one direction such that the ink ribbon is directed toward the region between the thermal head and the platen or in the direction opposite thereto. The movable frame is provided with operating member adapted to drive the supply roll to move the ink ribbon in the opposite direction, thereby applying a tension of the opposite direction to the ink ribbon, when the movable frame is rocked so that the thermal head is pressed against the platen.

摘要: A dot printer wherein a film of magnetic ink is formed in a slit shaped between a pair of magnetic poles, and needles piercing through the ink film thus formed are driven to deposit the magnetic ink on a recording paper so as to print dots thereon. The tips of the needles in an undriven state are positioned in the ink film proximately to one surface thereof adjacent to the recording paper, so that an adequate amount of the magnetic ink is deposited on the paper to eventually attain clear printing.

摘要: A printer comprising a plurality of recording electrodes capable of storing ink therein and jetting the ink from the respective front ends thereof, a counterelectrode disposed opposite to the recording electrodes with a recording sheet therebetween, a driving circuit for selectively applying a voltage pulses across the recording electrodes and the counterelectrode, and a pulse waveform control circuit which regulates the waveform of a voltage pulse to be applied to one of the recording electrodes according to the operating conditiion of the rest of the recording electrodes or a voltage control circuit for regulating a voltage to be applied to the recording electrode so that an electric field having a fixed field intensity distribution is formed always between the recording electrode and the counterelectrode. Thus, a fixed quantity of the ink is jetted always for every printing operation from the front end each recording electrode, and thereby characters are formed in a high print quality.
