    Abstract: The present invention provides a preparation method of solid reflection-type bulk acoustic resonator, including the following steps: taking a piece of ion-implanted piezoelectric material, growing reflecting layers below the implantation face of the piezoelectric material and/or above the substrate, then taking a substrate, and bonding it to the piezoelectric material; heating the bonded intermediate product gained to strip the film from the piezoelectric material and growing an upper electrode on the stripped side of the piezoelectric material. According to the preparation method of solid reflection-type bulk acoustic resonator disclosed in the present invention, resonators with high strength and good performance can be prepared by using wafer bonding and lay transfer technique for preparing high-quality piezoelectric films and combining the solid reflecting layer structure.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a vanadium oxide powder with high phase-transition latent heat includes steps of taking vanadium pentoxide, oxalic acid and PVP as raw materials, preparing a B-phase VO2 nano-powder modified by the PVP, and then annealing the B-phase VO2 nano-powder modified by the PVP at high temperature in an oxygen atmosphere, and obtaining the vanadium oxide powder with high phase-transition latent heat which includes M-phase VO2 with a mass percentage in a range of 96-99% and V6O13 with a mass percentage in a range of 1-4%, and has the phase-transition latent heat larger than 50 J/g. Compared with the vanadium oxide powder prepared by a traditional method without PVP modification and using a vacuum annealing process, the phase-transition latent heat of the vanadium oxide powder provided by the present invention is increased by at least 60%.

    Abstract: A fish-like underwater robot includes a shell, a driving assembly and an integrated tension and swing component. The integrated tension and swing component includes a plurality of tension ropes and tension elements. Every two adjacent tension elements are connected in series through the plurality of tension ropes. The driving assembly and the integrated tension and swing component are disposed inside the shell. The driving assembly is disposed at a head of the shell. The integrated tension and swing component has an end connected to a tail of the shell and an end connected to the driving assembly. When the fish-like underwater robot is used, the driving assembly drives the integrated tension and swing component to swing to generate power for forward movement. A traditional fish-like tail swing structure is replaced with an integrated tension skeleton structure.
