Abstract:
A fluid dispenser having: a fluid reservoir, a fluid dispenser member having actuator rod (23) that is displaceable down and up along an axis X, a pusher (4; 4; 4″) that displaces the actuator rod (23), a dispenser endpiece (50) defining a dispenser orifice (51), and a displacement mechanism (6, 4; 6′, 7; 6″, 7, 4″) that displaces the endpiece (50) both in turning about the axis X and in radial translation, the radial distance between the endpiece and the axis X varying as the endpiece turns about the axis X, such that the endpiece is displaceable between an extended position remote from the axis X and a retracted position close to the axis X.
Abstract:
The present invention is a fluid dispensing device, connectable/disconnectable to/from a container. The device, actuable by a trigger, comprises both closing means comprising a turnable nozzle and means for locking the sliding of a dispensing piston.
Abstract:
An airless dispenser pump assembly includes a pump mechanism with an inlet valve that is configured to efficiently pump viscous fluids and that is able to be pre-primed when the pump mechanism is attached to a container. In one form, the inlet valve includes a seal member that seals an inlet port of the pump and an outer support member that secures the inlet valve to the rest of the pump mechanism. Two or more legs generally extend in a circumferential direction between the support member and the seal member in order to create a large flow opening for fluid flow through the inlet valve when opened and to rapidly close the inlet valve. The pump mechanism further includes an outlet valve that is configured to draw fluid back from a nozzle of the pump after dispensing in order to minimize build up around the nozzle.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a dispenser for delivering portions of liquid to pasty substances, having a storage container and a pumping chamber, the pumping chamber having at least one valve, and having a delivery head which can be displaced relative to the storage container and the displacement of which allows the substance to be delivered, the delivery head further having formed in it a delivery channel with a delivery opening, which delivery opening can be closed by a closure part which is removable, but is held in captive fashion on the delivery head. In order to specify such a dispenser for delivering portions of liquid to pasty substances which is configured in an advantageous manner, in particular, in respect of a closure part, it is proposed that the closure part is a sliding part which also forms a delivery-channel portion and interacts with a fixed closure pin.
Abstract:
A dosing device includes a dosing casing in one or more parts and with which are associated a pumping unit and a manually operable actuating unit, in which the dosing casing includes at least one dosing opening. The dosing casing has a jacket enveloping the pumping unit and on which is integrally shaped at least one actuating member mounted in elastically pivotable manner between a rest position and an actuating position.
Abstract:
The invention relates to devices and methods for containing and dispensing a medicant, pharmaceutical product or other agent. Various elements of the devices may be constructed of materials that do not have a deleterious impact on the chemical composition, medicinal efficacy or other properties of the agent. In one embodiment, the device includes a vial with a pump sprayer, configured to contain a solution of oxychlorine compounds. The pump sprayer may be fitted with an insert constructed of glass, borosilicate glass, PTFE, PFA, chemically-modified PTFE or another inert material, and the entire assembly may be housed within a barrel and cap. Methods of using the aforementioned device to prevent, treat and/or reduce the risk of an infection on a surface area are also described.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device for dispensing a fluid or pasty product comprising a dispensing member (4) fixed to a container (2) with a sealing ring (10), said container (2) including a neck (7), said dispensing member (4) having mounted thereon a push-button (3) capable of being depressed to operate said dispensing member (4), said push-button including a dispensing orifice (14) enabling a product to be expelled when said dispensing member (4) is operated, and a cap (5), integral with said push-button (3), upon translation about a median axis of the dispensing device towards said container (2), an edge of said neck (7) including a ramp (8), and edge of the cap (5) including a ramp (11), said ramps (8, 11) being mutually mobile in rotation between a dispensing position wherein the dispensing member (4) can be actuated and a locking position wherein they prevent the dispensing member (4) from being actuated.
Abstract:
A hand-held dispensing device for dispensing a substance, the device comprising:a dispenser incorporating: i) a dispenser body defining a dispensing chamber for holding the substance; ii) an outlet in communication with the dispensing chamber; iii) a dispensing mechanism for dispensing the contents of the dispensing chamber through the outlet and iv) an actuating member resiliently mounted for movement relative to the dispenser body, against the action of a biasing member, to actuate the dispensing mechanism; the dispenser being operably connected to a handle for manual sliding movement relative to the handle from a non-use position, in which the handle covers the outlet, to an operative position, in which the outlet is uncovered;the device further comprising a locking assembly for releasably locking the dispenser body to the handle in the operative position to prevent said manual sliding movement of the dispenser body, whereby a user may grasp the handle and effect manual movement of the actuating member relative to the handle and the dispenser body, against the action of the biasing member, so as to actuate the dispensing mechanism and dispense the contents of the dispensing chamber through the uncovered outlet.
Abstract:
A manually operated dispenser for flowable media, having a container which has a supply chamber, and a pump head which can be fastened thereto and has a dispensing section with a nozzle-shaped nasal adapter having an outlet opening designed as a spray diffuser, and gripping surfaces protruding laterally from the nasal adapter, and having a protective cap, which has two wings which can be unfolded and are matched in terms of shape, for the nasal adapter, the gripping surfaces having, on opposite sides, end edges which are connected as a single piece to a wing of the protective cap via a respective spring hinge, and the wings have base surfaces which overlap the gripping surfaces.
