摘要： A demountable wall assembly utilizing uniquely formed studs of magnetic material having wide, flat flanges along the edge thereof equipped with low-height, outturned tang means therealong. The tang means cooperate with magnetized strips secured to the rear of wall plaques to hold the plaques against planar movement while the strips are held magnetically seated against the stud flanges. The studs are secured to headers crosswise of their opposite ends. A first finish strip secured to one header embraces and conceals the adjacent end edges of the plaques, and a second finish strip conceals fastener means holding the other plaque ends to the second header.

摘要： A modular, reusable temporary enclosure system is particularly suited for the renovation of buildings having stacked concrete floors supported by steel and/or concrete columns. The system consists of a set of track components, one fastened to the floor, and one fastened to the ceiling. Columns assembled from rigid panels are supported and aligned between these components. The panel edges are connected to one another by an interfacing spline assembly. To ensure that the components can be brought up to the construction site by elevator, individual panels are shorter than the full distance between the floors.

摘要： A panel wall system includes a frame assembly adapted to support a plurality of skin assemblies in a floor-to-ceiling relationship, wherein the skin assemblies include solid panel assemblies as well as captured glass skin assemblies. The solid panel assemblies are coupled to the frame assembly via latch mechanisms having actuator levers which are accessible in gaps formed between adjacent solid panel assemblies, wherein a user of the wall panel system can discern whether or not a panel assembly is properly engaged with the frame assembly based on the visibility and positioning of the actuator lever.
