Abstract:
A head of an output shaft of a linear actuator is modified so as to absorb vibrations that may be transmitted between the output shaft and a moving object. A linear actuator has an output shaft with a leading end to which a head is fixed. The head has an O-ring that is fitted thereto, and a part of the O-ring outwardly projects from the head. The O-ring is made of rubber that is softer than the material of the head. The head is contained in a containing space in an attachment, and in this condition, the O-ring contacts an inner circumferential surface of the containing space by deforming.

Abstract:
Device for sensing load relief by a secondary path of a flight control actuator having a primary path and a secondary path capable of relieving the load of the primary path in the event of a breakdown thereof, the primary path comprising a screw, the screw terminating in a fastener of the primary path, the secondary path comprising an emergency load relief rod passing through the screw, this rod terminating in a male shape which, when the primary path is carrying the load, is accommodated inside of a female shape of a fastener of the secondary path, characterized in that at least one sensing element is disposed on the male shape terminating the rod, on the female shape or between both of these two shapes, this sensing element being designed to wear down due to the friction between the male shape and the female shape, when the secondary path is loaded and is relieving the load, this sensing element being connected or capable of being connected to means capable of sensing wear on this sensing element and of triggering an alarm when such wear is sensed.
Abstract:
A transmission mechanism with the function of the shock absorption includes a transmission unit adapted to receive a drive gear set within a housing; a motor mounted on the external side of the housing for providing the drive gear set with necessary driving power; a transmission rod disposed within the drive gear set to allow for a power transmission; a shock-absorbing unit including a fixing sleeve being disposed at the external side of the housing with respect to the internal end of the transmission rod, a shock-absorbing spring being installed within the fixing sleeve, a telescopic lever being adapted to actuate the shock-absorbing spring; and an adjusting unit interposed between the transmission rod and the shock-absorbing unit. In comparison with the prior art having problems of incomplete integrity and inadequate shock absorption, the invention has an integral configuration and ensures an excellent shock absorption.
Abstract:
A coaxial transmission includes a crankshaft rotated about an axis of rotation; at least one crank pin; at least one piston set having a plurality of pistons each having a toothing at a first end facing away from the axis of rotation; a hollow shaft having an inner toothing wherein the pistons are disposed within the hollow shaft; a guide unit wherein the pistons are linearly guided in the guide unit and movable back and forth parallel to a radial direction which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation. The toothings of the first ends of the pistons can be brought into engagement with the inner toothing and disengagement from the inner toothing. A common, star-shaped connecting rod is provided to connect the pistons of each set to the crank pin.
Abstract:
A coupling element for fitting to a threaded spindle. The coupling element has a receiving portion which is formed integrally with a coupling portion. The receiving portion extends in a hollow-cylindrical manner along an axis having an axial receiving opening for receiving the threaded spindle, and the coupling portion is flattened transversely with respect to the axis relative to the receiving portion and has a connection means. In order to be able to produce a coupling element in a more efficient and flexible manner, the receiving portion and the coupling portion be formed from a continuous integral pipe portion, wherein the coupling portion has a pressing portion in which the pipe portion is plastically compressed flat transversely relative to the axis.
Abstract:
A linear drive comprising an electric motor driving a worm, a worm gear which meshes with the worm and which is connected non-rotatably to a spindle extending along a linear drive longitudinal axis or axis of rotation and which has a rear and a front end. The worm gear has a bearing seat for a rear bearing, with which the worm gear is mounted in a surrounding transmission housing. To simplify the manufacture of such a linear drive the invention proposes that the rear bearing is in the form of a fixed bearing, the spindle comprises a weldable material, a securing disk is arranged on the rear end of the spindle and the securing disk is connected to the spindle in bonded-material relationship.
