Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet forming a storage space, a main door that opens and closes the storage space while defining an opening part that is in communication with the storage space, a sub-door mounted to the main door and configured to open and close the opening part, the sub-door including a panel assembly for allowing selective viewing of an inside of the opening part, the injection port is provided at a lower side of the sub-door to direct an insulating foaming solution to a space in the sub-door, a detection device for detecting an operation of a user, a lighting unit inside the refrigerator that turns on based on user operation to allow selective viewing of the inner side of the opening part, and a display unit inside the refrigerator at a position corresponding to the panel.

Abstract: An insulation system for an appliance includes a first vacuum insulated structure having a first set of sidewalls that define a first refrigerating compartment, a second vacuum insulated structure having a second set of sidewalls that define a second refrigerating compartment and a medial insulation structure having a rigid perimeter wall. The rigid perimeter wall includes a front portion that defines at least one hinge support adapted to support an appliance door. The rigid perimeter wall defines an insulating cavity that is filled with an insulating material. The first vacuum insulated structure engages a first edge of the perimeter wall and the second vacuum insulated structure engages a second edge of the perimeter wall.

Abstract: The invention involves an insulation device comprising of a pad defined by a length and a width suitable for fitting snuggly within a cavity of a cooler. In exemplary embodiments, the pad comprises a closed-cell polyvinyl chloride nitrile butadiene rubber foam, also known as PVC/NBR, the pad defined by dimensions including a certain thickness such that the pad may be compressed against the interior walls of the cooler cavity without collapsing or folding over. The edges of the pad may be pressed against the interior walls of the cooler cavity to form a compression seal throughout the perimetrical edge of the pad against the interior walls of the cooler cavity; the compression-sealed edge prolongs a period during which low temperatures may be maintained. The pad is preferably water resistant, lightweight, washable, sufficiently flexible and can be easily trimmed or cut to a desired size.

Abstract: Grips for striking implements, e.g., baseball bats, that adjust the position of the implement in the user's hand such that the implement can be held in a preferred position relative to the user's forearm without the user needing to radially deviate their wrist from its neutral position are disclosed.Certain embodiments are suited for placement on a standard bat by the user.
